I was just looking for information. Robert Taylor of TZ insurance called me and I told him what I needed. Honestly, it was uneasy for me at first. Sining up for anything over the phone was very stressful but Robert Taylor was like an angel sent for me at that day. He was professional, so helpful, knew everything, answered all my questions.

Sherri L MacK was a tremendous help last December when my husband and I were looking at insurance companies for our Medicare Plan F. I was very confused and was having a hard time. Sherri explained to us that Plan F coverage does not change when we change insurance companies. She spent hours with me on the phone helping us find different insurance companies. If we had not changed companies my husband and I would both be paying over $500 a month in premiums. Now my insurance premium is $277.88 and my husband’s is now $391.12. That is a tremendous savings of over $300 a month, over $3600 for the year!

David Moberly was a great help in setting up a Blue Cross Supplement for my disabled daughter Gail.
Gail lives in a facility for Special Needs people and her medical insurance has always been handled by them. I recently came to my attention that she has been covered by Medicare and MediCal. I don't want the MediCal coverage for her and worked to cancel it as soon as I realized the Facility had automatically been using it for her for years. David was a great help in getting coverage for Gail and explained much that was confusing for me. I thank him again for his help in getting the best Blue Cross supplement for her.

My representative Robert T, went one step beyond to explain how Medicare and supplement policies work. If you have the time to listen and have the patience to listen to his expertise, you will be knowledgeable to decide which plan works best for you. He gave great advice even if change in the future and your policy doesn't work for you you can change it. Aflac also offers vision,dental and hearing at additional costs, but great if I choose it in the future. He was nice enough to give me a discount as well.
I valued that he was very courteous and kind.
