Ok 4/28 I called Aetna to report my move from South Carolina to North Carolina. This move required a change of Advantage plans. The person I talked to said the current plan would end eff, 5/1. I was then transferred to a representative who could handle coverage that would begin 5/1. Unfortunately I don’t recalled who I talked to.
A few days later I received a notice of cancellation of covered from South Carolina office. I expected to hear shortly from North Carolina about replacement coverage. I called Aetna on 5/9 when I had not received anything about replacement coverage. I was then advised there was no record of coverage so that they would pick up coverage on 6/1.
Although I still have Medicare A and B, there is a lot less coverage. So I am a whole month without coverage in some areas. Hopefully I won’t need it.
So I can’t rate my overall experience with Aetna as a positive experience even though some of the individuals were very good.

Aweful insurance do to lack of providers.
I can only be seen by urologist surgeon two hours away with this aweful insurance. As soon as open enrollment is here, ill be dropping it asap!! Its the worst!
