Their definition of good means a CSI blue light interrogation. So unless your phone is brand new expect £200 to be knocked off your offer.

Sent my phone yesterday special delivery by 10 am they confirmed they’d received it and confirmed the price set for the phone. Asked for my I.D which I promptly sent and received my payment before the end of the working day. Highly recommend and would definitely use again. Hassle free.

It was my first time using this company.
The instructions for posting were clear & easy to follow. Once the company had received the phone they assessed it & paid the agreed amount into my bank account within an hour!

Very happy with the service. I was paid exactly the price I was quoted. They received my phone on Monday and I got paid by Wednesday. Very impressed and will definitely use them again.

The process was easy and I believed this would be a good experience until I got a report that the back of the phone was lifting.
I made detailed records before sending it in and there was no lifting and, in my opinion, when it came back it looked to me like it had been tampered with.
In my opinion this came across as a way to knock the price down on my near perfect phone.
This was my experience, maybe I'm wrong but in my opinion, it did not seem fair or genuine.
Additional comment after Meelie response: this phone had only a light sign of wear around the USB C port and speaker, the only 2 areas not protected by the cover. Meelie downgraded the offer to between 'faulty' & 'fair'. The buyer who purchased my phone yesterday (for more than Meelie original offer) said it was the best condition for a phone of this age he had ever seen. I appreciate your response and possible price adjustment after inspection, but I still feel it was unfair given the excellent condition.

Phone was sent in excellent condition Google Pixel 8 Pro. Selected "good option" as to be fair as it's an older device. Upon checks I was sent a picture of my phone saying it's faulty and the screen was "delaminated" it wasn't like that when I sent it. I have pictures of my phone in excellent condition before it was sent. Customer service very bad not helpful at all. Just would you like £20 instead of my original offer of £180. I was shocked. Not happy would like some compensation.

Sent my phone off, they emailed me 2 days later saying it had been received then payment was made the next day. Got the full payment and was all done within 3 days.

Amazing fast quick service can not fault this company

I recently sent my phone to this company for sale. I selected “good condition” during the online assessment, and they confirmed an offer of £400 based on that condition. However, after they received my phone, they reassessed it against “excellent condition” criteria instead, and reduced the offer to £278. I rejected this revised offer.

If their policy is to check devices only against excellent condition standards, they should clearly state this before customers send in their phones. Otherwise, it creates a misleading impression.

My advice to anyone considering selling their phone to this company is to be very cautious. Your device must be almost brand new for them to honour their original valuation, and in my experience, the process was not transparent and resulted in a waste of time

Was a little unsure re selling my phone through Meelie. How wrong could I be. Easy to follow step by step posting instructions. Great communication from Meelie, was processed and paid promptly with no quibble.
Will certainly spread positive feedback, and would not hessitate to use them again. 10/10

Great company to deal with, after a short delay due to high volumes of orders (1 day) I was pleased to received regular updates on my order and once completed payment was prompt (same day). Really positive experience and will definitely be back when I upgrade my phone.
