The price for my phone was good, as my Iphone 15 pro was in excellent condition. Some members of my household were not so lucky, as their phones were sold for less, which is a shame.

Very disappointed. I was quoted £70 for iPad which was in excellent condition. I sent it off and when they received it they revalued it and offered me £9. Their reason was because the battery life was below 80%. I refused their offer and had the device returned. Subsequently I checked the battery life and it was actually at 82.57%, not below 80% as they described.
I have since used another company and they offered me £75 and confirmed the device was as described and paid the full amount.

Meelie’s website does not indicate the battery should be of a specific percentage. Very misleading and I will not be using them again!

excellent service from inputting details on the website, receiving the package which came with full instructions, taking package to post office & getting a receipt. Emails confirming package received, checked approved & funds paid into my bank account & a follow up telephone to confirm that the funds had safely been received. Would highly recommend to anyone. First class service

I sent my phone to Meelie on their buyback scheme. They offered one price and then made a significantly reduced offer which I declined. Upon receiving the phone back, it now won’t charge and the back cover doesn’t stay on. AVOID st all costs!

Super fast. Tested and paid on same day only 1 day after receiving. Have had bad experiences with other companies before this one. Will use this company again in future.

What can I say my service from Meelie Mobile has been fantastic from start to finish. I had a few enquiries regarding the selling of my phone and spoke to a wonderful member of staff called Aaron who dealt with all my enquirers quickly and professionally. I sent my mobile off on Wednesday it arrived with them today and received payment also today. I couldn’t fault them! Thank you all :)

Usual story, should have taken the negative reviews as a hint! Sent in my beautiful iphone, in immaculate condition to these people only for 2 quite significant scratches appear on the screen out of nowhere, in a picture that looked like it was either a. doctored or b. the phone was deliberately scratched so they could lower the value. To top it off it was downgraded from excellent to fair. I haven’t taken leave of my senses and know I sent in a phone in tip top condition! So it would be fair to say that I was scammed! Lesson learnt, will never use these people again. Sent me the lower value money by bacs real quick by the way? These people know how to get what they want! After reading the reviews, where phones are returned in a different manner, usually without the original box or in a flimsy box or bag, they know full well that the phone will likely get damaged in transit back to you, so to avoid further grief and stress customers usually just accept the lower price. You’ve been warned!

Sold 2 phones this year and both times paid what was quoted. Both payments paid out within 36 hours of receiving the devices. Will happily use again

Best company I’ve used by far I would give them more than 5 stars if I could I sent the iPhone 17 pro at the post office yesterday evening at 15:42pm and was paid the amount they offered into my bank today at 15:19pm!

Usual story with these places, you get a price offer (good condition, not even near the top) and are told your phone is in way worse condition (a couple of scratches on the side) so they will only pay you half. You accept as you can't be bothered to get it back and resell. Quick payment after they halved the offer.

Be very careful all seems fine when they offer for a device, I even hand delivered the phone in immaculate condition in the original box only to receive photos of a device that looks like they threw it around the workshop and offered £60 less obviously I don't want it back now it's all scraped up when I personally hand delivered it looking box fresh. I'll treat this time as an expensive lesson and use alternative companies in future, be careful!!

quoted 140 for s24 perfect phone not a mark on it then 2 days later offers 80 saying damaged total bullshit cost me 10 pounds to send it dont use total scammers
