Ordered one thing and got an alternative. I wasn't even asked if I wanted it!!! Disappointed.....
Then about a week later, received the original product which was what I wanted (unexpected)....so happy with it. The service is exceptional.....they went the extra mile to deliver. Highly recommend this place.

Customer service is our top priority. We had send an alternate brand as the lot of the requested brand had seals broken and had a risk of contamination. We have received a new sealed lot and the items were sent to the customer on 5th of November. Hope this helps.

Good product selections, price & delivery
We had received a review of Megacart from one of our relatives and they highly recommended it. So, we ordered from the website, received the items the next working day (as promised).
Items were nicely packaged and had long expiry dates. Prices are high compared to a local shop but unlike the shop, we got all the items we wanted in one order.
Will use Megacart again and highly recommend for anyone looking for indian groceries.

All the vegetables we received were fresh, excellent! Service is very good, if any items are missing you will get it in 3 days.
