When I first started on this casino I hit big 600x on crazy time (£2bet). I won on the slots after this as well. I also like most gamblers play other sites. I put a deposit limit on this site when I won so not to give them it all back.
Since then I’m now £1194 down to them, if I fell over on this site I’d miss the floor I’m that unlucky atm. The sites got a good layout, the freebies ain’t great but are regular. I’ve had a few promotions of them and it’s cash prizes which I could have withdrawn but I believe in at least one time play through.
After I’ve deposited over £1000 I like to check RTP on slots as not to get carried away and also helping me control my gambling. At £1000 I decided a 6 week break was the best thing to do. Since then I’ve played £285 back into this site and not had a withdrawal for a number of months. The slots are not even giving me a reasonable amount of time playing it’s just taking all the time. The reason the score is not lower is because the layout is good and the choice of games are plenty. However I genuinely have not had one decent win with them since reactivating my account. I’ve deposited £40-80 at a time and still no win I could withdraw. Sure there’s the odd smaller wins but nothing to build on and I just don’t find the double bubble game plays well on this site at all. I never get offered any box bonanza games which is unusual compared to other sites. Maybe I’m just super unlucky but I’ve spent a few months depositing and still been unable to withdraw so for me I cannot rate it any higher. I dare say after reading the reviews here on Megaways; I feel sad that people have had such a bad time with them.
To be honest they have been an amazing platform to play on.
Customer service has always been prompt and very helpful compared to some other sites ( I have left honest reviews about play experience not so great).
I've been fortunate to have very good consistent wins over different games, payouts were very fast compared to other sites too.
Like most as an avid gambler I've found long term play and pay ability to be excellent. Not just good luck. The verification was made simple; so all in all very good.

AVOID AVOID AVOID this site is a joke, all staff and their customer service skills are just embarrassing. Won money on a bonus round yet the game 'froze' and apparently the winnings were never there yeah how very convenient yet when you speak to them they fob you off with some made up excuse and then have the audacity to offer you £5 as a good will gesture 😂 i would rather burn my own money than give it to this greedy site.

Wish I could give this site zero stars. Deposited money, it came up as transaction failed so tried again, which was successful. Yet both transactions had come out my bank account…. When I went onto help to chat to someone they blamed my bank and then closed my account so I couldn’t complain further.
