One of waste site no provides points for completing survey this site sucks

Rakuten is a scam. After successfully redeeming points for about 3 months I was suddenly banned with no explanation and they took not only the $4.19 which I had earned but also another $10 which they are supposed to pay out “after 3 months” or so. They should be sued.

When they were going to do a survey on the panel they wrote 260 points, then after a while and I finished the task. I was only given 5 points.. Even though in the history of the survey that I have done it clearly says 260 points..really shameless..

Been trying to complete surveys for them and I usually get rejected halfway through only to earn 2 or so points. Now I decided to give them another chance and spent 55 some minutes on a very detailed survey only to get hit with a 404 bad request error after pressing 'continue to submit survey' and went from 99% to that 404 bad request page and now the survey doesn't even appear in the surveys taken history. Scam.

Another scammed customer here. I was a long time member. Since I have been gradually accumulating my rewards (which was my biggest mistake), on the day of trying to claim it, they just suspended my account and when inquired, they just gave a canned response that my account had some suspicious behavior and is suspended for good. Load of BS. Please steer clear of this Rakuten Insight Survey firm and save yourself from being cheated, not to mention all that valuable time and effort that can be put into something else that is trustworthy and genuine. RAKUTEN - KARMA will definitely bite you back big time, for what you have been doing to all innocent survey takers and pocketing their hard earned money. Just wait for it.

Do not help them do any survey anymore. They wont add credits after done, just told you the limited is fulled etc. I wasted an hour on few survey they just totally added 0.1usd for me. They are scam.

the customer server and surveys are bad. Lots of surveys problem and no credit added. the cs not helping you much and give back the credit to you, just told you thats the internet problem, quota is full, but you wasted your time on it. Their surveys are very low pay too. I used it at least 3years and dont want to waste time on it anymore.

Rakuten insight is very bad survey platform. I have been joined and giving their survey's recently but when it comes to cash out or get rewarded they freeze your account without giving specific reasons and you cannot contact them as they don't have email id for responding instead panel based complaint help center was their which are only gives one time reply if you are very lucky to get their answers and after receiving replies you can't further communicate as their email id was bounce when we reply back to them hence you loose everything here.
I spend my quality time for giving my opinion but they stole my reward amount and discarded my account without further notice or given any further communication.
recently they started payment for survey's shall be given after 8 weeks of completion of projects but they do not pay anything even i had completed more than 2 months from giving survey's. They donot bother to respond to your complaints and when some time answers then those answers were really unprofessional and annoying.

Hence request don't trust these sites which are very
much looks frauds .If you are doing survey's here then you are wasting your valuable time. Please choose the genuine sites which are trustworthy.

Rakuten Insight is never been trustworthy anymore.

I have earned around Rs. 500 from this platform. If you participate in a survey they give a lot of points.

Very good experience I earned 100 rs this is not a scam guys you all wants to earn money not high paypent but nearly 200rs per month if you are active in doing easy surveys
