Purchased mine approximately 3 weeks ago - the band lasted 6 sessions before it snapped. Customer service poor- just a generic ai email. Will be pursuing action through American Express to be getting a refund for this cheap tat

I have been using Mendi now for over two years and I can say that it works. The only thing required from you is the commitment to stick to it long enough to see the results. For me, I noticed subtle changes in my concentration on day 10 then a significant change around day 20 or so. Once you see the results you won't want to stop.

The Mendi is changing my life!! I had never heard of it, I had been thinking about doing in office neuro feedback though but doing one, maybe 2 sessions is about the cost of the Mendi. I saw an ad for the Mendi, watched a couple videos and decided to purchase. I had no idea the impact this one have on me, I feel so much calmer and regulated! I now don't feel over-stimulated and overwhelmed constantly! I've also noticed changes in my kids from doing it as well, better focus, better emotional regulation! We will never not have a Mendi! Highly recommend!!

I have had this product for a month or so and it really helped me a lot. It helps with my sleep apnea, focusing and overall well being.

It's daily coming back to my senses. That's how I experience Mendi, in the modern world full of tasks and distractions. How does this feel like? - it's as coming to my center, focused, not jittery, as being empowered.

I’ve been dealing with Long COVID and dysautonomia for several years, with symptoms including poor stress tolerance, nighttime adrenaline surges, and difficulty regulating my nervous system. This went on for almost two years getting progressively worse until I was bedridden and couldn’t even tolerate light or sound, I spent the next year in a wheelchair. While I wouldn’t say that the Mendi device was a miracle cure, it has become a meaningful part of my recovery toolkit.

One of the biggest benefits I’ve noticed has been improved emotional regulation and self-awareness. Regular sessions seemed to help me become more resilient to stress and better able to recognize when I was becoming overwhelmed, allowing me to calm myself more effectively. Over time, I felt like I had more control over my emotional responses and less of a tendency to get stuck in a heightened stress state.

Recovery from Long COVID has involved many approaches for me, and I can’t attribute my improvement to any single thing. However, I do believe that Mendi has been a helpful contributor to my overall progress, particularly in supporting nervous system regulation and emotional control.

The app and training process were straightforward to use, and I appreciated having an objective way to practice a skill that otherwise feels very abstract.

I think Mendi is worth considering for people who are interested in neurofeedback, stress management, emotional regulation, or supporting recovery from conditions that affect the nervous system. My experience has been positive, and I’m glad I decided to incorporate it into my routine.

The product did not work for me, but that can be an individual response. My friends used similar products that did wonders for them. Did not for me With the 60 day return policy I was confident to give it a shot. It's been 11 days since the day I requested a return. After I figured out how to fill out the PDF return form without printing it, Mendi provided a waybill # to return. This is where the ordeal begun as it did not link to creating a shipping label, just scheduling a pick up. Called DHL if I can drop it off instead. The authorized dealer could not accept with just a waybill number and barcode the only open drop-off on Saturday. Now were in the long weekend, DHL main office is closed Tuesday morning called DHL twice to confirm make sure all goes well when I drop-off the pkg. They assured me I don't have to go to the airport to dropout off. When I arrived at 3:10 pm I was told again that it's not possible to ship like this. (I was getting ready to leave town already late) Called DHL main office at the Airport. DHL team was on it! After 1 hr of being on the phone having to call back as they tried to figure out the issue It turned out nobody at DHL has been able to create a shipping label either. Could not leave town, cancelled the trip.
Contacted Mendi customer service team, but they could only confirm that they have created the links as always. Requested to escalate to someone who can problem solve. No reply. Now I panicked, I imagined I will run out of time, maybe there will be other problems?
Will see if this is a customer service level glitch or ? Will make every effort to contact the CEO.
Update: I could not imagine creating something like this product & not have the seamless follow up for return. After posting here, I did not have to hunt to find the CEO, he reached out to me. He made immediate steps before he contacted me to resolve the situation based on the email I received from customer service. I believe that steps will be taken that this issue will not happen again. I gave this product a 4-star rating. While the product did not produce the personal outcomes I had anticipated, it is supported by excellent leadership that demonstrates a strong belief in the product’s value and maintains the highest standards of integrity.

I started using MENDI on November 20.
So far I’ve done 50 sessions. At first, I was doing it in the evening with only one purpose to stop my nervous eye tick (chat GPT told me to try it out before bed time ), for the past month im doing it during the day.
I also added 20mg of CBD with 1 mg THC gummy before bedtime , I also switched to decaf green jasmine tea. Amazing things happened! My eye tick is gone by 90%! I think that by stimulating basal ganglia with MENDI plus CBD is whats stopped sending wrong signals to my brain and as a result the urge to twitch and the squishing my eyes is gone.
It could be a combination of CBD and Nuro feedback. But it’s definitely works! Considering that fact that when it comes to ticks and Tourette’s, there is no cure and nothing can help- I can clearly tell that it helps! I had that tick since I was 10 (I’m 37 now) on and off and the past 3 years has been really hard (I couldn’t stop it, I was feeling the urge to blink my eyes every few seconds, it was exhausting and embarrassing)
I’ve seen drastic results from neuro feedback sessions in the clinic, but it’s way too expensive, so MENDI works just as great. I wasn’t sure that it’s gonna help with motor tick and now I know for a fact- IT WORKS!!!

Product is very flimsy. It never connected via Bluetooth to several devices. It simply will not work. I should have read the reviews before purchase. I have decided to return the device two hours after I received it.

Nice customer service, sent me a new device even if warrenty was done. I have been using Mendi for over a year everyday!

I did not notice anything in using this for one month. I didn’t realize I would have to pay shipping return fees for overseas which was $28.65. Just for anyone looking - be aware the shipping fees for a return are FedEx Express and I believe international (?)

1. The app is poorly made and also the device it self feels like a 5 dollar product from China.
2. You almost feel stupid as you are sitting there and seeing that the ball moves more by just tilting your head, so if you don't sit perfectly still, there is no way it can work.
3. They clearly state on there website "Free returns" 7 days after receiving it, I want to send it back and they tell me I have to cover shipping costs, which is a scam it self. Fortunately EU-Laws are strict about this...

Update: I did not have to cover the shipping costs, apparently they sent me an outdated return document. Everything still seems a little bit sketchy and unorganized.

Very disappointing - the app & game seem like they were built in one week and never improved since then, extremely underwhelming in terms of features, config options, etc - extremely barebone
Item is shipped form overseas which means it'll take a couple of weeks to receive in the US and then customs bill will follow...

I am really impressed with this device. Its amazing to me how it has helped me with focusing and really seems to help me manage stress.

I own four business and I can say Mendi has exemplary customer service. My Mendi got sort of lost in the mail. I notified them, w no questions asked they shipped a new one.

I have found Mendi to be exceptionally beneficial in managing my focus and anxiety. The product itself is user friendly and highly effective. The customer service provided has been excellent whenever I've required assistance. I highly recommend that individuals consider incorporating this into their routine for a few months to experience its potential impact. This is not a fake review! Lol

Tried the product for 3 weeks and did not notice any change to focus, mood, behavior. Decided to return it. We followed all the steps requested including making sure all original items were included in the return (including paper instructions). It was received by mendi on 2/12/2025 and as of 3/28/2025 they are denying the refund stating “merchandise not received.” we have started a dispute with our credit card company and emailed the customer service rep our shipping, tracking and delivery confirmation and they are not responding to me or our credit card provider. Bad business. Do not recommend.

I was a little skeptical about this product. Especially ordering it from overseas. But I put positive energy into it and decided to trust the process. I have used the mendi at least once every single day after receiving it. At first I was a frustrated because I was getting mixed results. I stuck with it, and kept going. After a few weeks I started getting in the zone. And I have seen and felt massive improvements in focus, emotional awareness and cognitive clarity.
The staff responds quickly and are courteous. Robert was receptive to my request and mentioned that he would pass it along to the correct department. This is a great product it has helped me with my meditation. I believe this will elevate me and anyone willing to stick with it, to the next level. Thank you Mendi team. I am looking forward to more positive options when describing the feelings. Positive people live healthier lives!
