Mercers Furniture Ltd Avis 

Nasty!
I made the mistake of dealing with these unsavoury, nasty 'people' through Ebay. They charged me extra postage so naturally I thought they must know what they are doing, WRONG! Within less than an hour I received tracking, I thought it strange at that time of night, then next day the tracking said it was in the couriers warehouse for delivery the next week. After part way through the week the tracking had not changed and i had no notifications of any intended delivery date. This lot informed me it was scheduled for Thursday that week. I checked the tracking and there was nothing, nothing at all. I contacted this Mercer lot and they said it was still coming but through another courier. No tracking. Wednesday arrived no notifications. I contacted Mercers and they mentioned yet another courier. No notice, no tracking and on Thursday no furniture. I asked for my money back and they said it was on it's way. No notices, no tracking, nothing. Again I asked for my money back and they said no, they would have to wait until they had their furniture back from the courier. What courier! They marked it on Ebay tracking I had received it before 8.00am on Thursday! I asked for my money back and again they said they would not until they had their furniture back. I did not have it and the fake tracking stopped working days before. I told them I'd report them to Ebay and they said if I did that I would have to wait for Ebay to decide to give me money back. I told them they were breaking the law and they went into parrot mode. I told them I would report them to Trading Standards, I was sick of their lies. They tried to take the moral high ground saying I was calling them names. I was merely stating facts, they are liars and commiting fraud. So I am fighting through Ebay to get my money back even though they have a legal duty to give me my money back, they have their crappy goods and my money! They are nasty crooks! They should not be allowed to carry out business!

I ordered some pieces of furniture which arrived a few days later, so quick. Unfortunately two pieces were damaged so I emailed late one night. They replied the next day saying the pieces had been ordered and they arrived two days later. Things get broken but it is how the company deals with it.They were brilliant and I would not hesitate buying from them again.

Purchased couple bits for the bedroom and was very hesitant at first due to the negative reviews however after ignoring them and going with my instincts I’m honestly happy.

Arrived on time and well packed.

I ordered 5 items of furniture on a bank holiday Monday and they were with me by the Thursday. Should have been Wednesday but that was the couriers fault not Mercer’s. One of the five items came in a damaged box and two key pieces inside were damaged. Mercer’s customer service was excellent and within two days I had the replacement parts from the same batch to ensure a colour match, at no cost or inconvenience to myself. Spot on. Good trustworthy Yorkshire company .

Great company with excellent customer service care that is second to none. I always trust my furniture needs to this company as I know that should I ever have any issues they solve the issue quickly and efficiently. Just an all round brilliant company.

Awful company never received my packages and have refused to sort it customers service is awful I recommend people stay away I have lost hundreds of pounds because of them

What a pleasure to deal with this company Jayne was extremely helpful and dealt with me in a polite way. Nothing was to much trouble I phoned several times to ask questions. Ordered 5 pieces of furniture delivery was arranged for a convenient day for me. Excellent service will definitely be buying again

ordered one of there cabinets via manomano which didnt realise and like some on here no instructions or markings on wood for what goes where,sections for drawers not lined up right and both sections for sides warped completely,low grade rubbish furniture and am now considering small claims court as have took photos and binned.NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMANY AS QUALITY CRAP.Nothing done on speaking to company one minute offering part refund then all of a sudden changed mind because i said i binned it but have kept pics and used the front to make shoe rack,small claims court it is.DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY Have now put paperwork into trading standards as stuff from this company absoulute rubbish
