Mercers Furniture Ltd Avis 

I already have some mercer’s corona furniture but not any drawers. I am always wary to put them together as they usually go wrong & subsequently fall apart .
My son put them together & they have come out perfectly . He commented about how strong they seemed with the wood good quality too. Delivery super-fast great price direct from Mercers

Solid wood furniture - no MDF or Ply. Easy to assemble and great quality. Bought from this company on numerous occasions - always prompt delivery, and always high quality product - if you want to get away from MDF/Ply and have solid wood, this is for you and you can easily paint to match your own colour scheme if you want.

Furniture was easy to build and looks so good

Prices are reasonable so that we have purchased quite a number of them for our new home. Having said that, there are quite a number of drawbacks for improvement e.g. the diagrams are not precise and not being articulated well, some holes are missing, finishing quality are not stable enough e.g. some are harder to drill and some found bended. There’s a broken piece we found during the installation, thanks for Jayne who is very supportive to arrange for replacement.

Cheap materials. Instructions hard to follow. No labels on pieces so it's all guesswork. Once assembled it's a flimsy piece of furniture. Wouldn't buy again and wouldn't recommend.

Quick and easy experience and good quality furniture - there was a slight problem with the order which was fixed very quickly with no hassle.

Have used Mercer’s over the past few years, I had a very small issue but it was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Customer service is excellent, would definitely recommend this company.

Merchandise is excellent, had 4 door wardrobe, large chest of drawers and small chest of drawers, bookcase and bed, instructions are easy to follow. I made a mistake with my order and they were extremely helpful and put things right for me very quickly. I will definitely use them again

I ordered the Mercers Corona Coffee table through The Range store, unfortunately there was a broken part in the package but Mercers Customer Service sorted it out straight away for me, replacement part received 2 days later.
Very happy with the table, looks very stylish and is great value for money.

the wardrobe was missing the strips for the backboards yet the seller refused to supply the missing parts. Without securing the backboards the whole wardrobe rocks like a 1970's melamine. The backboards were marked and dirty as if they'd been stored in a barn. The paint is patchy, even for a shabby-chic look and so thin you can see the wood grain which if you want a painted wardrobe you dont want the woodgrain. The seller seemed smug and not interested in any complaint and denied me a partial refund for the damaged boards and missing strips. Construction was a nightmare as non of the pieces were numbered so it took 3x as long as it should have. Would I buy from this company again? Hell no

I have purchased several items of furniture from Mercers and have not been dissapointed. From choosing to completing my order online was very simple and straight forward. Communication regarding my order is clear and precise, with the courier delivery also on time.

High quality furniture that looks great, and amazing customer service. I called to say that I had accidentally damaged 2 parts of the chest of drawers during construction and wished to purchase replacements; Mercer replaced them free of charge as a good will gesture! Very very grateful and very impressed. I will definitely be buying more furniture from them in future.

Mercer’s are a great business to deal with, communication is fantastic from start to finish. Furniture is of great quality and staff are very prompt to respond to any queries that you have. I have used them multiple times and would definitely order from them again in the future!!

I purchased through AMAZON 2 items, a bookcase & a sideboard on 6 May 26. This morning I got a Text from their delivery company " FURDECO" saying the items were being delivered tomorrow 12 May 26. Not much warning, so I found tier Phone Number & rang to ask for a PM delivery as I'm in hospital in the morning, the service agent was VERY UNHELPFUL. I had waited 47 minutes as I was 67 in a que. The help I got was IF YOUR NOT IN WE WILL CONTACT YOU IN 48 hours.
Had I known that MERCERS used a cheap impolite company I would have gone to B&Q for "NEXT DAY SERVICE" & polite people.
DON'T USE MERCERS OR AMAZON use B&Q plus its quicker service
