Love the corona furniture, bought loads in the past and recently, quick delivery, will always buy from them

We have just had a terrible experience with Mercers Furniture. Ordered their sideboard through Amazon. 2 of the panels snapped in half whilst trying to assemble and 3 pieces of the main components including the wooden top are bowed. We have tried everything to try and get them to come and collect and refund but we cannot fit the product into the original packaging as we had already started assembly. They will not assist and we are so unhappy with the service received. We just want the product collected, taken away and a regind issued. So dissatisfied.

I've bought 4 door wardrobe pine,low quality,boards don't was straight,hard to mount.

Recently bought a few items and am very happy with the quality and strength of their products, had a couple of problems with panels but Jayne sorted it out straight away and I wouldn't hesitate to buy off them again.

Parts arrived not numbered. No way of knowing how to put it together. Very disappointed.

Bought 2, 5 drawer units. Parts were not numbered. Top of one was warped. Holes for screws were offset, causing screws to come out of the side of unit. Very disappointed.

Furniture is superb. Love the quality. Quick delivery too. I’d have preferred a bit more notice of delivery, but it worked out.

Quality of Corona pine furniture has gone down the pan over the years.
Bent wood, chips and cracks in wood.
Using an appalling delivery company they defend. They just don't care about customers.
Without happy customers you have no business !

Excellent customer service - I put a part on the wrong way round and spoiled it so they send a replacement part first class for free.

I ordered 2 side tables , unfortunately they were not suitable and from the minute I e-mailed to advise them they were excellent in the dealings to return.

Ordered direct online and immediately had a bit of a hiccup re visa card. Called Mercer direct and call answered promptly by Jayne who sorted us out kindly and effectively.
On opening boxes two pieces had flaws we couldn't accept...once again Jayne arranged replacements which arrived promptly and are perfect.. Definitely recommend both products and friendly service. Thank you

Terrible customer service. I ordered with them through Temu. It clearly said free returns but they are now telling me to pay the return as I missed the collection. I never confirmed the collection date with them - wasn't even aware they were coming. No-one to talk to now...
