MerchForAll was overall a clean process. The interface was sleek and modern and I appreciated the designs. The merch itself was one of the highest quality that I have ever gotten. I wear it all of the time because it is literally so comfy. The prices were on par with many other sites. There is nothing I can complain about.

I ordered a shirt for my son for christmas with enough time to receive it and order a second if the size was good.
FedEx aka TNT delivered it to the wrong address and admitted it with sending me images of the map in which they they left it at the wrong apartment building.
However they were only attempting to retrieve it back and failed daily. I even left a note in the letter box but failed.
With no promise of reimbursement because the sender doesn't insure his parcels I contacted Reese (support for all) he didn't help in any way, he didn't contact FedEx, didn't offer to send a new one, didn't reimburse me. He just said after seeing the proof of screen shots that it was bizarre, a one off issue with FedEx and he will continue to use the same delivery company and to let him know how it goes with FedEx.
(2 months later Henry at FedEx agreed to refund me)
He understood my situation and we spoke kindly the whole time. But still he didn't offer to help be apart of the solution.
No pride, very disappointed.

I ordered my first JeromeASF t-shirt back in 2017, there was an issue with shipping and I was given a free t-shirt as well. I later ordered a Dream hoodie in 2020, it took a bit to ship but that was expected for how popular Dream had gotten. I do highly recommend MerchForAll.
