Industrial designer, Phil Walters, created and installed beautiful, iconic, life-like bird silhouettes for no other reason than to surprise, delight and intrigue. Once people saw them, they wanted Metalbirds of their own. Born in New Zealand now made right here in Britain!

Item not arrived. No response to my emails. Bad customer service.
20th December- Item still not been delivered. Asked for refund but been told it’s out of their hands and the responsibility of the delivery company!!

Poor After Sales Service
As much as the product is lovely the after-sales service is shocking.
Twice I have emailed their info@ details and still to this day not received a response.
Would I use them again or recommend to a friend, most likely not.

Very bewildered and saddened
Very bewildered. No email confirmation. Chat link constantly lost our link. FedEx tracking # not valid. Sadly I have no idea if my order will ever arrive. I LOVE the appearance of the product yet the customer interaction chat gets a ZERO rating. I will be closely checking my MC statement. I’m sorry to be so negative…..I’m looking forward to receiving my order…..yet not comfortable with my experience. BTW a customer support phone number would be an asset to the customer support option. Happy holidays to all

Good website and easy to order. I bought as a present and delighted by speed of delivery and expertly packaged. I ordered the pair of swallows which didn’t disappoint as well made and stylish. Now I want one!

Customer service is appalling
Used this company many times and had excellent service and love their products. However, latest order says dispatched 28th Nov and the service either via email or chat to confirm when I will receive is appalling. This will put me off of using again.

Packaging was damaged on arrival
Packaging was damaged on arrival. Bought as presents. Couldn’t check contents as boxes were ripping when trying to open.

Very high quality and wonderfully made.....beautiful!
