Want another dress!

Im UK based and I ordered two dresses from here years ago from here when it was on sale and I can say that one of them is still one of my favourite A-line dresses. The other was poorer quality but still pretty. It took about a month before I received them but I didn’t mind waiting as I hadn’t ordered for a specific occasion. I have worn my favourite one out of the two to weddings and other fancy events here and there and I always receive compliments when I wear it. They also came delivered in individual reusable clothes bags. I would always recommend to buy items on sale here incase you are unhappy with the quality.

I ordered a dress worth $74.29

I ordered a dress worth $74.29. It's been a month and I still had not received it. I tried to get into contact with Metisu several times only to be ignored. I'm very frustrated, they sent no tracking information even though they claim it was shipped.
Now, all of the sudden, it's been reversed because I threatened to get my bank to dispute the charge. I still haven't received the money and, funny thing, I tried doing some research and discovered that they actually stole the photo of the dress from another shop. I'm very angry.

I'm so frustrated as I ordered 2…

I'm so frustrated as I ordered 2 dresses I was so excited about on March 11th, it is now May 29th and no word on my dresses. I spend all the money I had on them and my graduation passed. I have sent multiple emails with no response. I dont know what to do.

Didn't get anything

I have ordered a dress, but never received one. THey said they shipped it, but now, two months later, I still haven't got my dress. I e-mailed them several times, but they just didn't respond.

Do not waist your money for low quality dresses.

The dresses I received were nothing like the dresses on the website! The quality of the materials is low. They do not fit to their sizes. Customer service is unhelpful, unqualified and slow to respond. I tried to return a few of the dresses I bought because they did not fit to their true size and I couldn’t not, because they claim their 30 day return policy.
And get that, it takes more than 30 days to get your order because they ship from CHINA!! So you will never be able to return anything since you will get it after the 30 days expire!
Please save your money and buy dresses from a reputable American company. You will love it. Save yourself headache and money, because if you buy these dresses you will have something sitting in the closet that you will never ware!

Failure to ship order, but I was still charged

I ordered 4 dresses the first week of July, and only 1 arrived. My card was charged for all 4 dresses, and I had to follow up multiple times with Metisu to get them to ship the missing dresses. They finally shipped the missing dresses over a month after the initial purchase date, and 3 weeks after they DID ship the dresses, I still haven't received them. It's truly not worth the time and hassle.

I would love to give negative stars

I would love to give negative stars. I tried to cancel my order within a couple hours and I was told the package had already shipped.
The dress gets here, it looks NOTHING like the picture. It's super awkward and when I asked for a return they would not cover shipping. I wish I did my research for this website. PS shopping from the US to China is $35 and they want you to add $20 insurance to prevent any losses. Extremely unreasonable for a $43 dress that I will never wear.

I had ordered dresses from here twice…

I had ordered dresses from here twice before no problem beautiful dresses...BUT my last purchase will be literally my last purchase. The 3 dresses I ordered look nothing like the picture they were cheaply made. One of them is suppose to be a Lg but looks like a small. I requested to return them to only ding out it will cost me $65 dollars to return . What a SCAM! I will be losing my money and no dresses . It’s a win win for them. They certainly lost a customer

I love this dress

I love this dress. Its the perfect amount of feminine. The lace is soft and beautiful. The packaging is thoughtful. I am not disappointed with the quality and service. I'm exchanging my Med for a larger size due to larger bust line need. I cannot wait to wear this dress!

Still waiting for my shipment

My order for my dress was accepted on 5/21/19 and it is 6/12/19 and I still have yet to receive my order. I understand that I chose standard shipping which usually takes 10-15 business days. It now has passed the 15 day mark.
**The tracking has been saying between:
Origin Post is Preparing Shipment
&
Processed Through Facility

No refunds

I received a dress with a manufacturing mistake. After explaining the problem to Metisu they wanted me to pay to ship the defective dress back to China and never offered a full refund. I asked several times for a label to return the dress to no avail. I strongly advise not spending money with this company.

I had an excellent experience

I had an excellent experience. Ordered 3 dresses and all of them fit me amazingly. In fact I'm wearing one now to go to Sunday dinner later. Will order more.
Glad I didn't have to return anything, maybe that would make me have a different experience )))
There are so many scam instagram promotions that sells horrible quality clothes, so I felt like I had to post a good experience, so people could use it as a reference. I didn’t get paid or offered free clothes. I wish they would come up with more stylish and up to date designs, so I could order more as the quality of clothes is very good.

Perfect summer dress

Perfect summer dress. I am short, so I had to take it up. The bust can be a bit loose, I added a hook and eye. I love the color and the print design.

The most horrible company I’ve even…

The most horrible company I’ve ever experienced. I’ve ordered the dress and it did not fit properly and looked bad. So I’ve returned it straight away on July 2018, now is June 2019 and they still did not refund me as they have told me the dress is did not arrive to them, but I’ve got the prove of shipping to them. Never even I will order from this company again.

Answer : the return address was attached on the package already, so I’ve returned it to this address.
Why do you white the return address on the the package of it’s not a return address?
