The detailing and embroidery is…
The detailing and embroidery is absolutely stunning. The colors really pop! It runs a little bit small and the zipper broke the first time I wore it and I received a new one after I sent them an email about that. Love it a lot and will be wearing it again soon!

I love the dress just received last week. Loos perfect on me. On top of that I got what I want it meaning true to description, perfect sizing and feeling of fabric. I wish they have this in the same size in black.

Again I will say Metisu dresses are amazing. They look veeery expensive. I finally found my store. I ordered five dresses from here and all of them fit like glove just perfect. All of them are amazing quality. I'll say again and again that girls do your measurements on each item because each dress is different, some I ordered large and some medium. Overall I'm a happy customer!

Delay in delivery, product not as described, still overall satisfied with experience.
Because I am getting married twice (civil ceremony then destination celebration), I ordered a dress on their site thinking it would be a cream color. It looked cream on the site. The dress looked stylish yet classy enough to wear for a civil ceremony without looking informal.
After reading reviews online I got scared and look at my order status. The shipping status hadn't changed on my account for a week so I contacted customer service. They assured me everything would be okay, yadda yadda. Three weeks later I still hadn't received my product so I responded again.
They responded and apologized to me. I wound up getting my dress about a week later. It wasn't a cream color (more blush), but I decided I would wear it to my bachelorette and bridal shower instead (I'm not a traditional bride so I don't have to wear white to these events).
I got many many compliments on the dress during both times worn. Hoping to get a couple more wears out of it because I wouldn't consider it casual.

Black and elegant! The dress is a perfect fit. The cloth is stretchy and thick. It hugs my body and love the pearl and bling all across the shoulder. I will have to find a occasion to wear this.

I an loving the lace detail of the dress just received from Metisu. It is such a gorgeous dress. Worth the buy! I feel like a princess in this dress. My only advice is to wait for sales to buy. So many pretty dresses on here <3

BEWARE OF THEIR RETURN POLICIES.
I agree 500% with everybody here that had issues with return policy and size problems. Also, quality is awful.
TAKE THIS REVIEW AS A WARNING:
Sizes are weird and you won't be able to return it unless YOU pay shipping to CHINA. Yes. You read right. To return an items costs more than the actual dress.
Can anybody at Metisu explain to me how is this fair? And please, don't give me that same explanation that you have been giving to everybody. How does this make any sense? How is this caring about your customers?

Omg! I never write reviews, however, this time I just must do it because I have just received my dress. IT IS PERFECT! I do not remember when was the last time I enjoyed my purchase so much! The dress is EXACTLY the same as the picture on the website and the size is EXACTLY the same as it was in the size guide. I purchased my NY dress on 25th November and it was my first purchase from this website. It took about three weeks to deliver which is ok for the overseas packages. I had a tracking number straight away and got notified once the parcel was delivered. Exceptional service and amazing value for money as the dress is nicely made and fits perfectly.

I can't believe I got suckered into…
I can't believe I got suckered into purchasing from this company. I wish I had done my homework. Although the dress is nice, the sizing is for children! I'm a medium and the dress I ordered is barely the size of a children's size large. I'd need a So, to return it, I have to pay the ship it back to CHINA! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Horrible service and such a scam customer…
Horrible service and such a scam customer service! The dresses were way off size, the fitting was horrible, and despite that they make return process such a pain! Worst customer service I’ve ever had, I wish they go bankrupt and close this horrible Business and causing trouble to people. I had to pay for return package to China which cost me over $85 and it’s been two months I haven’t even received my $300 back for the dresses I sent! The customer service wants you to fill their return form, print it and label it for all dresses and then courier the package! It’s your job, not the customer’s! Never ever ordering from this horrible site again!

Buyer beware
Buyer beware! If you order something and it doesn't fit, it's almost impossible to return it. They purposely make it difficult so you don't return the items. Most online clothing companies will give you access to a return label receipt. With Metisu you have to send a request and wait for days, weeks before they will get back to you.
I don't have any issues with the quality but their sizing is off. Their clothes run very small so if you are a size S, you better get a size M etc. I won't order from them again

Pleasantly surprised with my beautiful dress from Metisu!
I am SO pleasantly surprised with my lacy apricot dress. I ordered it on November 23, 2018 and received it on Dec 8, 2018. The material is high quality and the medium fit my size 6-8 perfectly since I'm a little 'hippy' so it's not too snug. I added a bunch of photos to show you. I highly recommend ordering from here and am happy to say so since I just ordered a second dress from here (the black long sleeve belted one) before I received this one! ;) #LoveMetisu
