I ordered a green V neckline lace dress to take on holiday. I tried it on and it not only felt and fitted beautiful, it also made me feel beautiful. It is made of good quality fabric and cut which is very complimentary to the fuller figure. I will be recommending this company and the product to may family and friends.

WORTH THE WAIT
I finally received the blue floral printed dress from metisu last week. Anyway, this dress was worth the wait! The fabric is luxurious. It is so much better than described on the website. I read the reviews and went up a size. I am glad that I went up a size. I would say it runs small. Everytime I wear it I gets lots of compliments

Ordered a dress for my sister's birthday, the dress looked very pretty in the photo, though when received it was not exactly as in the photo, but still looked very beautiful. And was completely worth the price.

nice shopping experience
It took some days for delivery because they told me that I chose standard shipping not express shipping. But the two dresses are good quality, nice color and looks exactly like the picture on the website. I really love them and the shopping experience is nice.

My thought on Metisu
I recently made 2 purchase orders with Metisu which include 3 dresses, 2 tops and 2 ear rings. I am quite happy with the quality of the products so far. They look nice and definitely well made and the pictures shown in the website are accurate. I received the packages between 2-3 weeks after my orders. However, it's quite hard for me to decide the size I should order (I fit both S and M depending on brand and style) and have to accept the fact that if it does not fit well, I will not be able to send it back. The company is in China and I have to ship it back to China out of my own pocket so it may not worth a shipping cost and headache at the end. I am quite lucky so far although one dress is a bit too big and one top is a bit too small, but they look acceptable on me. In summary, I have a mixed feeling about this website. The price is not cheap comparing to the risk of not being able to return or costly to return, but they do have quality and fashionable product at the reasonable price and I really love two dresses that fit me well. So, I will probably continue buying from them with cautious and only for the ones that are not super expensive.
Additional comment: I also ordered from other websites similar to Metisu (one from US and the other one from UK) and I think I like Metisu the most in terms of quality.

constantly price change!!
I purchased 1 month VIP member which is only allowed to purchased 4 items in one transaction and could only order three transaction in a month. I already made two transaction even I haven't received my first order yet. It's not that the issue, the issue is I am so disappointed in constantly changing the price. I purchased just 4 days ago for my second transaction and the price of that dress was $74.43 and now come down to $35.55, the other one was $52.85 and now come down to $27.77 and the rest of my order are all down price now. Showing the regular price of the item and half difference price for the VIP but now doesn't make sense to me because after I purchased the price has been changed on the next day!! These people are rip-off!!!

After reading many mixed reviews
After reading many mixed reviews, I decided to put a small order in and see how it went. It was pleasantly surprised that I received my order 2 days before it was supposed to arrive. i ordered a dress that was on sale so I knew it it didn't work out, I could return it. The dress was very pretty and well made! I'm tacking a chance and ordered a wedding dress from the site. I hope it goes as smoothly as my sample order! I'll keep you posted!

I bought a dress and it was the wrong size. I got in contact with Metisu and was amazed at the quick response and smooth exchange transaction. I received my dress in the new size and i am absolutely delighted. It is a stunning dress made with the highest quality and superb materials. Not true to size
Found this site on Instagram and thought the dresses were lovely. So I ordered a formal dress for an upcoming wedding event. I ordered their size XL/14 as I’m a size 12-14, I thought it would be safe to order an XL/14. The dress arrived quickly after 4 days (I had to add extra for DHL express). The dress had nice fabric and was well made. But to my disappointment, the dress was too tight and sleeves were too small in the arms. Certainly not a standard size 14 as I never had problems with any dress sizes, considering I can even fit into size 12 sometimes.
Since I have to pay for the return to China, on top of the extra Aud $14 express shipping I paid, and the many terrible experiences and reviews here about Metisu not receiving the returned item, I guess I will end up keeping an expensive dress ($97) that I couldn’t wear. I had to buy another dress somewhere else where the size is right. What a waste of time and money! Never again.

Consumer beware. Ship from China. Return has to go back to China....
Just beware that things are being shipped from China. If you return, it will also have to go back to China. Cost of shipping back to China is not cheap and you needs to track the package. I also ordered buy 2 get 1 free. Turned out that the free one is on 'back order' They already charged my credit card 4 weeks ago and I did received 2 items. The third item will hopefully be on its way at some point. What do I do if it is never shipped? Not likely that I will buy from this site again regardless of the attractive price.
UPDATE: things get even more complicated. I ordered 1 dress for full price and saw two more dresses I liked. The last two were on sale as 'buy one get one free' I returned the one I bought full price since it did not fit. Just received partial refund. I am messaging with the customer online now. I am hoping they can issue full refund for the item I bought at full price. Make me regret that I added more items in to my order than my original plan.

Will advice to pay attention to sizes: I ordered S and XS, since those dresses have different measurements in cm.

I return an order over $200 dollars. In their email, they specifically asked me to value my return package as $20 for custom purpose. It’s been over two months and they said they still haven’t received my returns. I called USPS and they said they don’t track anything outside of the USA, this was going back to China. Obviously the company have received my returns and refused to refund me.
