I’ve ordered from these guys twice now & I can’t fault them! After having a rubbish experience with another skirting company, these gave me a complete different experience. We recently ordered skirting and architrave, my partner accidentally clicked the wrong architrave when we were ordering. The guys at metres direct noticed that they were different styles so Joseph got in touch to let me know as they didn’t want to dispatch them if we had made a mistake meaning we would have to pay again for the correct ones. They were happy to sort the right ones out for me which they have now dispatched already! Great communication, fab customer service and lovely,

All products were great. Suitably packaged and arrived on time. Easy to order different products and customise them to what you require. Joseph has gone above and beyond to help out with an issue I had (an issue on my side not on the companys). Placed multiple orders and they have all been spot on. Would highly recommend.

Initially I was quite reluctant to buy online, I prefer going to a physical shop as you have a face to talk to if any problems arise. I took the chance and ordered from Metres Direct after searching online for the product h needed, they bagged my order after sending a discount code ( it's as if they know me!!) Still a little worried I instantly received confirmation, I've been updated all the way, product arrived on the day promised, had a slight problem but after emailing the office I had an instant response and my problem was more than solved within minutes.

I recently purchased skirting boards and architrave for a full renovation of a three bedroom house. I was impressed with Metres Direct professionalism. They handled the order, manufactured the products and distributed via DX delivery couriers in a fast and efficient way.

Unfortunately the architrave was misplaced by DX delivery couriers and was delayed to the next working day for delivery. When it did arrive one piece of architrave arrived damaged. As soon as this was notified to Metres Direct they dealt with it without any fuss and arranged for the damaged piece to be replaced and delivered at no additional cost.

I highly recommend Metres Direct, the products are made to order and distributed as soon as the order is manufactured and delivered via next day delivery by DX delivery couriers.

Good communication on receipt of order and as it is being manufactured, leaves their site and then good tracking info from DX delivery couriers.
