The print was ok and despatched quickly but didn't arrive for over 2 weeks. It didn't have the correct postage which I then had to pay Royal Mail for. While the additional amount was refunded quickly it was still a lot more messing around than I had expected.
What a great service, super quick delivery and a terrific final print via the self service option, great communication throughout & very happy. I will be ordering again from Metro Imaging!

they went the extra MILES (not mile).. Superb afjustment of the phote, frame and non-reflective glass superb and wonderful manager to work with. Metro People really care about what they offer in terms of skill, test and workmanship.

This is the first time that I've used an online print service, having always printed my own images, so I was somewhat nervous about preparing the images and the end result.

A simple, effective service with great results. The price point is just right. And the turn around time is spot on!
I was under the assumption that, similarly to other print shops, they would advise and offer their services/expertise to ensure that your print order was sized, formatted, and color-corrected correctly. Metro Imaging did none of this and genuinely sold me a print of a pixelated image that was incorrectly sized and was not color-corrected.
I understand that by using the self-service printing service that the customer is supposed to take the reins on this, but to neglect to give any feedback or advice to the customer whatsoever, KNOWINGLY giving the client a terrible print and taking their money (overpriced, all things considered), is bad practice. I was truly disappointed by my last order because, although I had communicated with the owners/supervisors of the shop, I opened my package to find truly terrible prints. So bad that I had to reorder them from another service that actually took the time to understand my intentions and needs before printing and asking for money.
Really disappointing for a seasoned photographer who has used Metro Imaging a number of times. Will think twice before spending that much money, knowing that the customer service and communication may be lacking when you need it most.
I have just one criticism - the envelope provided for the single 10 by 8, collected from your premises, was much flimsier than any I've had from you in the past. I've been using Metro since around 2007/8. By the time I got home (tube and bus) there was a slight crease in the picture, corresponding to a slight crease in the envelope. I was handling it with care throughout.
