I picked up two prints recently, and when I opened the envelope, one had heavy marking on the back. I reported this and was asked to return it for inspection. After a few days I was told that they had managed to rub the marks out - I asked the production manager to check it personally as the prints were not going to be framed. He checked and reported that the erased area was roughened so he would ask for the print to be run out again. He subsequently called me a few days after to say that we would have to pay for the reprint as the operative was adamant it would not have been sent out like this. Obviously I can’t prove that it wasn’t me who make these marks but it was disappointing not to be trusted

Manish from Metro Print called me as soon as I'd placed my online order to ask if I was familiar with the paper type I'd ordered. I wasn't so he gave me advice around why it was not the ideal type, and even sent a second sample, which was very helpful.
The result was great and very quick, and at a competitive price.

An absolute 5-star experience! Ordered two prints at midnight and received a call at 9 AM from the person printing them to discuss a slight defect in one of the photos, something I hadn’t even noticed. Really friendly and attentive service. Most impressively, my prints were delivered that same afternoon, less than 15 hours after ordering. Outstanding quality and top-notch service, highly recommended!

Print quality is superb and quick turnaround times too. Even when a print was damaged in the post by DHL, Metro were rapid to re-print this and have it dispatched via a different courier. 5-stars.

I recently ordered a large print using the premium service. Communication was excellent and the team dealt with my various queries, with feedback from the printer, and I appreciated receiving the altered final print file back for future reprints, as well as hard copies of both unaltered and tweaked prints. The prints were packaged securely and delivered quickly and I am absolutely thrilled with the result. I will definitely use metroprint again.
