Had a faulty toilet flush issue
Had a faulty toilet flush issue. Craig Barker carried out the job. Went the extra mile to change the button so it looked new for the tenant and fixed a stopcock as extra.

Great Service
Engineer Frank Matthews was friendly and knowledgeable. He identified the kitchen tap I purchased for the job was faulty and he provided a similar tap to what was there before. He confirmed if I was happy with the replacement before installation. I'm happy with the service.

Rapid response by expert engineers
In less than one hour after reporting a significant water leak in my property as an emergency to British Gas HomeCare, a DYNO plumbing engineer arrived. He diagnosed the problem. This required a tricky repair which was undertaken by two colleagues next morning. They did an excellent job and restored a normal water flow within 20 hours of my report. They were very pleasant, explained their actions, and were careful not to damage my property. I cannot fault them-excellent service!

When issues happened with one part not…
When issues happened with one part not fixing fault was able to bar continuity with same plumber to sort the problem at at later date. Very friendly and explained everything

Stopcock replacement
Our stopcock was leaking quite badly.We phoned Metserve Dyno and within one hour Esmond,your engineer was here. We asked if he could put a new stopcock in as it leaked everytime we had to turn it off.He didn’t have the part on the van but made a temporary fix and came back 2 days later and very soon we had a brand new stopcock . Esmond was very polite and did a very professional and slick job.
Thank you Esmond and Metserve Dyno for such a swift and professional job.

Karl B did a very good job.
Karl B arrived on time.
He considered carefully the best way of resolving the leak from a hot water pipe in our airing cupboard.
After discussing the problem with his office, he said he could replace the leaking section of pipe there and then.
It would take c. 2 hours.
The cost he quoted seemed reasonable, so we gladly accepted it.
Karl B did a very good job and answered all our questions.

I had a few problems with the toilet…
I had a few problems with the toilet and the downstairs sink was leaking Last year. and yesterday I had another leak underneath the bath. And the Engineer Frank Matthew’s came out a few times to fix the problems. Frank is an absolutely amazing guy, you can always rely on him to do a top job frank is a friendly happy guy. Top man

Water Leak from Base of Cistern Toilet
We recently experienced a water leak coming from the base of the toilet cistern. The engineer who initially attended yesterday advised that there was no leak, which left us a little uncertain as the issue was still clearly present with liquid on the floor.
Following a recall raised after that visit, Sandesh attended today and the difference in approach was immediately noticeable. Within just a few minutes he carefully inspected the area and quickly identified the source of the problem.
What impressed us most was not only how quickly he found the issue, but how thorough he was in carrying out the repair to ensure it was properly resolved rather than just temporarily addressed. Throughout the visit Sandesh kept us fully informed about what he was doing and why, which gave us confidence that the repair had been completed properly.
He was also extremely tidy and respectful of the home, ensuring everything was left clean once the work was finished.
Thanks to Sandesh’s professionalism, attention to detail and clear communication, this has turned into a very positive experience for us. More engineers like Sandesh would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Friendly and competent engineer Aaron…
Friendly and competent engineer Aaron Fletcher replaced an old mains stop valve cartridge for us today! It was not easy as we needed to find a replacement part that fits. He went to three shops to find the correct part - He installed a 15 mm end feed cartridge. He also managed to make access in the kitchen area as it was all very tight! Thank you for the patience and professionalism.

Replacing drop valve
Simon arrived exactly on time having already advised me of his arrival time 45 minutes before. He was polite, courteous and professional. He found the cause of the problem and quickly fixed it replacing the drop valve with a new item. Very pleased with Simons work and highly recommend him.
