Metta Design Consultancy Avis

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Excellent service from Metta Design Consultancy.

We at Valadares Builders Solutions Ltd (VBS) have been working with Metta Design on our construction projects and have been extremely pleased with the quality of their service.

Their team is professional, knowledgeable and responsive, providing clear structural drawings, calculations and technical support throughout the different stages of the work. Whenever we have needed clarification or additional information from site, they have been helpful and efficient in assisting us.

As a building contractor, having a reliable structural engineering team behind us makes a real difference, particularly when dealing with structural steelwork, foundations and Building Control requirements.

We really value the working relationship we have developed with Metta Design and look forward to working together on many more projects.

Highly recommended.

Valadares Builders Solutions Ltd

We had quite a difficult situation with our wrap-around extension because the previous engineer stopped responding and effectively left the project unfinished. Metta Design Consultancy stepped in and helped us get things back on track. They assisted with our structural requirements as well as queries relating to the party wall survey and Building Control. They were very helpful in dealing with the outstanding issues and made sure the project could move forward successfully. We were particularly impressed with how they took ownership of the situation and saw the project through to completion. Highly recommended.

I would highly recomend this company as right from the beginning they were very professional and provided the survey report that we needed really quickly and up to a high standard.

Extremely fast and professional service, very thorough and good price. Would recommend highly!

Slightly More Detailed

From start to finish he was very helpful and responsive. He explained everything clearly and was always available when I had questions. The process felt smooth and well managed. Highly recommended.

Very professional and honest would definitely recommend. Easy to get in touch with had two properties surveyed to a high quality. Great work thank you

Nag was brilliant from start to finish. Nag went to site at 9am on a Saturday to complete a structural report for me to overturn a lender decision for me. A great service from start to finish.

Meta design dealt with a project for my house improvement design and from the first discussion over the phone till delivery of their calculation and design were very professional and punctual on their timings. I can see a brighter future for the firm and it's team.

I had the opportunity to use Nagendra’s services for a structural survey of the house I recently purchased, as well as for the structural design and calculations for a full remodelling and wraparound extension. I found him to be extremely helpful, professional, and detail-oriented throughout the process. His steel beam design was not only flawless but also highly impressive to both myself and the builder, clearly reflecting the precision of his meticulous structural calculations. As a result of his work, the foundation of my house was significantly strengthened, ensuring a safer and more durable structure going forward.

Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided and would highly recommend Nagendra to anyone considering the renovation of older London homes.

Very quick response and first class service.
The engineer Nag, attend to property the same day after phone call and as promised after a few days provide all needed drawings with calculations.
I will recommend him for any engineering service.

The engineer, Nag, was very polite and genuine on introduction and explained what the structural survey would involve when we first spoke over the phone. He then sent a sample survey to me so that I could see what the final report would look like.

I meet him at the property and he was able to answer many of my questions on site and has answered other queries since sending his report, which was sent about 5 days later. Indeed, he was kind enough explain his findings verbally soon after conducting the survey, before producing his report.

I would use this companies service again.

Very quick to respond and attend to the property, as well as providing a thorough report within a few days. Super quick turnaround and just what I needed to keep my property purchase moving!

Ravi was very responsive and professional throughout our interactions. The service provide was first class and I would definitely recommend.
