Absolute scammers. I hadn’t read the reviews before ordering something from Tesco. The order was due four days ago - for my daughters birthday and it hasn’t arrived. The Evri tracking doesn’t change, just says it hasn’t received the parcel yet. The worst thing is you cannot reach this company - the phone line is deliberately set so that you can’t choose a multi choice option from your phone when you dial, so you’re stuck in a loop and can never reach anyone. A complaint is now lodged with Tesco and another will be lodged with Trading Standards once this is over. MH Star - not that you’ll care, but my order number you haven’t delivered and won’t engage about it is 5490-2089-12.

I ordered a treadmill through Debenhams for £214 and what I received was not only damaged but also clearly used. This is completely unacceptable. I reported the issue straight away, and after making me wait two days, they had the audacity to offer me £25 compensation. £25?! For a broken, second-hand item?
After I complained again, they upped the offer to a pathetic £30 – still an absolute insult. The whole situation is beyond ridiculous. The lack of respect for customers is shocking.
Do NOT order anything from this seller or through Debenhams unless you want to waste your time, energy, and money. I'm furious, and honestly, this whole experience has been nothing but stress and anger. Never again.

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!! Order new aircon unit through Amazon and then they sent a clearly secondhand, broken and non working unit. Sent all the evidence proving it had previously been installed and returned and that it didn’t work. Refused to arrange a return and eventually I had to raise a complaint through Amazon. Wow what a S**T company
Wow what a S**T company. First of all delivered to my old address even though had confirmed twice with them my new address. Not only did they deliver 2 separate items to old address on different days they also send my a set of garden chairs instead of the dog bed I ordered. After many emails regarding this I got a refund about 5 days later and expected to keep their unwanted item weighing over 20kg in a dry and safe place for almost a week until it suited them to collect . I now check if a website is using this company before I buy . I also agree with another comment that 1 starts too much !
Amazing customer service
I ordered a hutch through B and Q which uses this company to deliver. At 8pm that day I realised it had a mesh floor which I did not want. I messaged the company to try and cancel. They messaged back quickly and said they had alerted the shipping team and within 48hrs cancellation was confirmed and I had a refund. This is amazing customer service, care and efficiency which is so important and often lacking in companies 👍

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
They sold me an Air Conditioner. It was faulty out the box. Never worked once. Error message on being turned on. I had to fight them for a refund and was then told I had to pay out for the cost of the return and claim it back. The item weights 29kgs and I had to pay £18 for Parcel Force to come and uplift and return it. MH STAR have had the item now for 13 day and I've had not heard one thing from them. No confirmation of receipt and no refund. Three weeks since i paid for the item, I am out of pocket for £180 and have nothing to show for it. Next stop Trading Standards and then a Small claims action.
I reiterate save your self a lot of hassle and money and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MH STAR UK.
Blocked my return
I ordered a veranda from Wayfair. MH star blocked the cancellation that I made within a hour on Sunday. They claim it is already dispatched.
I now have to pay for it to be returned, why allow cancellation if you can only do it in the first few minutes.
I seriously doubt it as been dispatched.
Avoid any company the used this company.

Awful Experience – Faulty Product, No Accountability from B&Q or MH Star UK
I ordered an air conditioner through the B&Q app, and it turned out to be a disaster. The product arrived faulty, and only after chasing support did I discover it was sold by a third-party seller, MH Star UK — even though the listing did not state this clearly at the time of purchase.
When I contacted B&Q, I was left on hold for 45 minutes, then abruptly disconnected when they tried to transfer me. When I finally got through again, they told me to contact the seller myself. MH Star UK was incredibly slow to respond, and after I sent them two videos as proof, they refused to accept a return. I didn’t buy a damaged item — I expect a proper refund.
To make things worse, I was told collection would happen on Friday, 11th July, between 8am and 6pm. I took the day off work, stayed home all day — and no one showed up, no contact, no update. Now I’m being told that “the courier isn’t guaranteed to call” — seriously?
Both B&Q and MH Star UK are refusing to take proper responsibility. MH Star UK was rude, unhelpful, and dismissive, and B&Q is pretending it’s not their problem, even though I purchased through their platform. I’ve sent them all the evidence, including screenshots, videos, and email trails — yet nothing.
Absolutely disgraceful service from both companies. I will never buy from B&Q or MH Star UK again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them completely.

One star is a push. Ordered a cordless chainsaw and only made the purchase as they claimed I could get next day delivery. Paid for it to receive an email that said it would delivered 3 days after I expect it. Contacted them and they literally washed their hands of it and passed the buck to Tesco. Not worth the mountain of stress
This is a terrible company. Quoted 2 days for delivery (the whole point we chose them - they were quickest) and ended up taking double that. Trying to communicate with them whilst everything was up in the air, they kept telling us to wait 72(!!) hours before they respond. Not to mention they have no phone line. After all of that, you're not even allowed to respond directly to their emails! You have to be lucky enough to be sent a link in one of your emails (I found one link amongst 6 email's they'd sent me chasing me - even though I had no way to respond! Still unresolved as we speak. Disgraceful. I will never shop with somewhere who uses this company again.
