If could give 0 stars i will, I actually bought from The Range. It didn't state anywhere that the product (ding table and stools) would actually come from this diabolical company. Had i have known no way would i have ordered.
Firsty, 1 box arrived with what I would describe as plastic ply'wood' disguised as what the advertise as wood!! 8 miniature planks of wood, which makes the outer shall of the so called stools. Not even 2 feet tall, even a dwarf would struggle sitting on them 🫣
Secondly, the box was dumped on doorstep in the rain, driver did not knock, so in the evening when I realised it was there, the box was soaked though and contents all warped.
Thirdly, found it strange the stool tops and table were missing.
Here is the point told me it was actually from this diabolical company.
They told me to contact seller direct.. oh boy! So they told me the boxs are in different warehouses and I would have to wait upto 2 week for the remaining parts of my stools and the actual table 😆
Erm, no thanks, first box ruined don't want the rest want a full refund.
2 days later dumped 2nd box on doorstep after telling them no way do I want this and that first half of table/stools is damaged and ruined.
7 emails later no response, being ignored, no refund. Time to escalate, I will take it to small claims court if I have to.

Shocking, disgusting lack of service and rubbish quality items sent out faulty made and damaged. Customer service is a joke. I will never order online with B&Q again after receiving an item from them that is actually from this 'third party seller'. I am being given the run around and I've never experienced such Shocking demands and requests to prove damage after already sending photos for an item that THEY sent out that was faulty. What are they even in business for? B&Q... what are you even doing being in business with such a shoddy company. You have completely lost my trust as a business, bye bye B&Q

Ordered a autistic spinning chair from Debenhams through MHstar. It came faulty, scratches on and not in good condition. I'm back and forth with the merchant trying to resolve as they don't like responding. Avoid if possible.

I ordered an invertebrate glass tank from MH Star on Ebay, and admittedly paid a decent price for the size of the tank. This item was a return to the company, hence the reduced price, but advertised as in pristine condition. At this stage you would start considering a good review is deserved.
What happened next is why this company deserve no more than 0 stars.
This arrived later than advertised.
When it did arrive, considering that it's glass, you would expect a certain level of decent packaging. Whoever re-packaged this box is clearly devoid of any intelligence, common sense or care about what happens to it. There was virtually no polystyrene or anything to protect the tank or to absorb any knocks that it might sustain during transit. There was also no clear fragile warnings on the box.
As a result, unsurprisingly, it arrived with multiple smashed glass panels which I could see from just lifting the lid open.
This was no accident and was caused by MH Star's lack of intelligence around packaging.
I messaged them immediately about this, and although they refunded me, they completely ignored my several polite messages about how they intended to collect this item and blatantly ignored their responsibilities.
As a result, I am now stuck with a box full of broken glass that I will now have to risk injury separating because staff at MH Star are too lazy and inept to do their jobs properly.
I am very tempted to drive to one of their sites to dump it on their doorstep as I have made reasonable attempts to contact them, however they are deliberately ignoring my messages.
This is a cowboy company run by idiots who have no concept of customer service.
Ebay should be taking more action against companies like this, however eBay are pretty useless also.
Refund reassurance for those still waiting!
I ordered a parasol & base from Debenhams (using MHStar) over summer. The base wasn’t compatible with the parasol so needed to send back. Alarm bells rang when the company offered me £15 to keep it (it cost £105!) so I declined and arranged a return. I expected to be charged for the return but wasn’t and 6 weeks later (and several emails to them and Debenhams) eventually received a full refund. So for those still waiting, there is hope!

Shocking online service
Shocking online service. Ordered a greenhouse as a birthday gift for my dad. It was supposed to be delivered on Thursday 18th ready for his birthday on the 20th. It’s now the 23rd and still hasn’t arrived. After contacting DHL and customer services the excuse that was given last week was that the delivery guys were arguing over not having a big enough van to transport the item but it was guaranteed for delivery on Saturday (by customer services who I was on hold to for over an hour). Disgusting service and won’t be using again!
Hopeless
Ordered a table via Tesco for Lyme Regis but they sent it to Aylesbury. Then they tried to deliver it to Lyme Regis but despite giving them the correct postcode on numerous occasions they still got it wrong. Never did receive the table. I cancelled the order and got a refund but today I had a message that they are going to deliver my table to a Northampton postcode! Figure that one out! Amazon for me next time but never going to use MHStar again
Great Aftersales Help...
Purchased a kettle from Robert Dyas which was supplied MHStar.
It developed an issue, so contacted Robert Dyas and MHStar.
I supplied a video of the fault and the kettle was replaced without question.
The whole process took just 5 days from start to finish.
What more can you ask for.

Had the unfortunate experience of buying a small clothes rail from Tesco Marketplace. Unbeknown to me they sell 3rd party merchandise through MHStar.
Item was supposed to be delivered on the 08/09 and was sent a email.
Waited in all day, wasn't delivered. Checked the tracking the day after and said it could not be delivered.
You try and chase it up through EVRI and it's impossible to actually speak to someone. You request a 24 hour callback and still havnt had one 5 days later. Was then told by EVRI that they need a specialist courier because the item is bigger than expected...
It's a flat packed very light clothing rail...the maximum height is 80cm so hardly a large item even if it was fully built.
Received an email from MHstar saying that is will be a further 2 working days to arrive (on today, Friday) which would take it into Tuesday next week. Over a week late.
They then messaged me to say that ecri are sending back the package to the warehouse! Absolutely pathetic company. I don't understand how Tesco, MHstar and EVRI are still in business.

Dumped on doorstep, no ring on the bell or knock on the door. I'm disabled so am now in absolute agony because I had to get it inside the front door. Covid stopped the couriers acting properly now they just dump, rund and send a text when they have left!

M H Star use Tesco web site to get sales
Thought I was buying a computer chair from Tesco online turned out to be this firm M H Star Ltd based in Penvale London UB6 7RH. Arrived via DHL today and on assemby realised this was no good so uncomfortable made in China. Asked Tesco for a return and told to contact M H Star by phone. Won't be dealing with Tesco anymore this is well dodgy. A foreign sounding lady at M H Star asked for photos for some reason by email which I provided but no answer so far. Reading all the reviews on here I am getting worried . Update - Item collected by a courier and full refund done but what a load of hassle this has been. Will be careful about using Tesco and other well know firms adevrtsing stuff via 3rd parties that are well dodgy.

Dismissive and uncaring customer service. I ordered a mirror cabinet that came with inept instructions, half the page wasn't printed, mislabelled parts and the door doesn't shut fully. When requesting a partial refund, they were dismissive and said their 'policy' didn't allow refunds. Don't recommend!

Please please please avoid this company. Ordered treadmill HomCom absolute disaster. Faulty and can’t use with code E06 from day one reported immediately. Oil had leaked everywhere in the packaging. Delivery man was awful just dumped the extremely heavy weight box on the path inches away from the hallway and watched a woman struggle to get it in the door didn’t say a word to me. There’s scuff marks like it’s been previously delivered to another customer. The customer service is diabolical. With requests of repeated info over and over again from them. Asked for videos and photos even asked me to take the cover off the electric motor to check wiring !! What company does that! . No moving forward 2 weeks on. Been in touch with Debenhams who I purchased through the product was from M H Star. I’m in contact with the 2 company’s and it’s like they’re just going through very poor motions of handling it to look like something is being done like I said AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!!

I purchased a barbecue via Debenhams, and very shortly after ordering, I realised it would be too small. I contacted the company to explain the situation, and they cancelled the delivery. It’s been almost two weeks, and I’m still waiting for my refund. They’ve asked me to get in touch with Debenhams, and vice versa.
Initially they offered me a 15% discount when I informed them about changing my mind, and that in itself was a red flag that I failed to notice.
This company is an absolute scam! Do not order!

Bought a parasol from MH STAR via Debenhams website. The internal rope broke within a few months meaning the canopy wouldn’t raise. It was a nightmare getting MH STAR to replace or refund. Weeks went by… email after email, photos, videos sent.
Eventually they they offered me a 15% refund instead! A joke! The parasol is 100% unusable.
I quoted the Comsumer Rights Act which immediately resulted in a new parasol being sent out. They know exactly what they’re doing. They were trying it on. Stick to your guns and know your rights!
Product Only 6 Month Warranty

After lots of efforts contacting MHSTAR service, we were told they only provide 6 months warranty, which we were not aware before purchasing (maybe our fault). It seems to me they do not have confidence on their products, even such non high-tech ones.

If I could give zero i would this company are SCAMMERS my aunt bought a chicken coop and run through B&Q recieved the run eventually but the coop has gone to someone else who signed my aunts signature and kept the coop I have spent the whole week trying to get the coop to no avail we have sent photos of the front door saying thats not our front door we have filled a form in and even told them to ask amazon shipping to ask their courier where the coop and run were delivered to as we recieved the run but my aunt has been left with £227 out of pocket a load of bedding and food for the chickens a run and had to cancel delivery of the chickens 4 times while the scammers have the money the fraudulent thieves have a coop my aunt is a pensioner and disabled we have filled in forms and still nothing B&Q today have again apologised and said give them until Monday they will contact the 3rd seller MH STAR SCAMMERS if nothing comes we need to go to the papers and police!!
