Bought a desk on B&Q. Not the sturdiest desk in the world, but it's good value for money for £36. True to size. No missing parts. Arrived a few days late, not sure if it is their or Evri's problems.

The return experience is absolutely appalling and disappointing. I ordered an item and then it was not comfortable so want to return it. I’ve emailed/called several times to MH Star and the courier service and it has been 3 failed attempts so far with excuses of why they do not turn up. I really need a full refund so please MH Star process my refund before the collection as it’s only fair.

Ordered through wowcher for a Christmas present then I was told when I emailed to ask for an update, that the item was out of stock. Yet they were still selling on wowcher website. Refund process was ok though.

I bought their chair from B&Q (Vinsetto Ergonomic Heated 6 Points Vibration Massage Office Chair Grey), The foot-rest broke without using any force, the massage part of the chair is just some cheap vibrations, and the chair is not padded very well so is not comfortable, it is priced as a premium chair but the quality is very poor. Would not recommend this chair to anyone.

literally horrendous couldn’t even build the screws didn’t fit we literally read the instructions multiple times and nothing even fit. i wouldn’t recommend at all

Similar tale to whats already happened with MHSTAR
Ordered via Cazaar. Item 11 days late (9th Dec) multiple contacts to Cazaar, item not received by courier. Another item supposedly sent but with zero tracking. After enough complaining to Cazaar this morning they were able to issue a refund today. Lots of excuses given. Clearly an issue on multiple platforms with MHStar. Will not be using either again.

Was hesitant due to the reviews but now I'm not 100% sure what all the negative comments are about. Our delivery arrived in 2 days of ordering through cazaar. No damage and accurate tracking. We ordered the Zonekiz Zonekiz Kids Desk And Chair Set With Storage For 5-8 Years, Grey. Instructions are a little difficult at first but then straight forward as you progress past picture 2. The unit is fantastic and well made. Great Christmas present for our boy. No complaints from us at all.

Ordered a basketball hoop through The Range not realising it was from a third party seller. It was supposedly out for delivery for 17 days, no sign of it. Now it’s been returned. No sign of a refund and can’t get hold of them

This company is shocking, poor communication not delivering items when they said they would. Going to ruin my child's Christmas!!!

Please avoid Mhstar. My sofa has been delayed for 8 days. First, MHstar used Evri, and now they are using DX Delivery.

Message from Evri: "There’s an issue with your parcel. Please contact your sender."
DX Delivery has informed me that they have not received the item from the sender for the past few days.

Absolutely shocking company ordered through Amazon got tracking but they never sent item, kept giving me excuses then asked for a refund they lied and said it had been processed hadn’t so had to get Amazon to intervene and they opened a claim and they are refunding me don’t know how this company is allowed to scam people

Item not received. Bought unknowingly from The Range and this was the marketplace seller. Item tracking dropped off 10 days ago and I've been told they are unable to refund as it's been dispatched. I have to wait until the item arrives and refuse delivery. As there has not been an attempt at delivery for 10 days I feel I may be waiting a very long time for my refund.

I have sent lots of messages to collect a item i didn't order . They sent the wrong order . I am 79yrs I shouldn't have this . It's also broken please don't use the range because they use this company I definitely want this item collecting I wouldn't reccomend MHStar -2 at all

This company is appalling. I strongly recommend that people do not attempt to buy from them. They promise next day delivery on stock that isn't even in the UK. They do not respond to enquiries or questions. They are ignorant, untrustworthy and liars. They operate across multiple platforms, eBay, Amazon, B and Q so be very careful when buying that these are not the supplying company behind another suppliers brand.

Avoid this company!! They are scammers! 13 days waiting for delivery, every time I call they say there is issue with delivery we will use different delivery company, after they give tracking number from new delivery company again the same issue, three times already told me that they changed delivery company and every time the same! I am sure that they don't have anything in stock what they offer, because I offered that I will just come myself and collect my package if they have all the time delivery issues but they don't allow to come to they warehouse and collect!! They just try to steal your money. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE!! They are as supplier to a lot of popular shops, if you see they name as supplier never order anything!

Ordered a week ago and not had a dispatched email! Need this for Christmas. No one replying.

Ordered through b&q. Told 1-2 days, it’s been 5 days. Every day tracking says it will be delivered today. Hopeless. Why do retailers associate with terrible partners!!!

No dispatch? My package was paid for and ordered over 5 working days and still hasn't been dispatched. I blame Debenhams for this, for using a 2nd rate company and not telling customers before the buy and purchase.

I paid £110 for some multi purpose gym equipment, only to have it delayed twice and then I was sent notice stating that they'd lost my order, I'm still waiting for news for a potential refund but Im doubtful they'll even bother. Pathetic.
