Great team
Aaron has a great team at Halstead. Way ahead of its competitor's. Michael's were the only agent that provided viewings. We had a long chain which took at age. Michael's kept us up to date throughout that period. Massive shout out to Jacqui, she was brilliant. Highly recommended.

Aaron and Staff Halstead Office
Aaron at Halstead Office was extremely professional, helpful and knowledgable from our first meeting. He found me the perfect Buyer and agreed a perfect price. Being Leasehold, I knew the process would take time and encounter potential pitfalls but the Halstead office (Jacqueline) was there every step of the more difficult moments. Thoroughly Recommend.
They also found me the perfect Purchase Property again at a very good negotiated price with easy vacant possession, so no real chain.
They could not have been more helpful or professional.

The valuation process and customer service we received after the fee was agreed was very good through to completion. We were a little disappointed that we had to do most of the viewings ourselves, which we felt was not made clear and made us feel uncomfortable.

Great support in the final stages
Our experience with Michaels has been very positive overall. While the process had its ups and downs, we really noticed the difference towards the end when Michael became very proactive. He was easy to get hold of, kept us updated, and worked hard to make sure the sale went through. We truly appreciate the effort he put in, especially at the final stages, which made a real difference in getting everything completed.
