Process and delivery was as expected. Love the furniture

I love the chairs - the look, the construction quality. There was one single screw missing from the last chair, which they are mailing to me now. But otherwise they were flawless.

Customer service was phenomenal! Spoke to a REAL HUMAN when I called and they were wonderful!

Started pilling and linting over clothes after one month of usage. Pretty low quality fabric and deal is mainly just markup. This is for the Foresster white boucle couch. Can't actually write a review on their website. They disabled the review on the midinmod website with judgeme, so I'd believe the reviews are fake.

I had a horrible experience with this store. I purchased an ottoman that said an estimated arrival date of 3/27 and they emailed me saying they don't know when they will have the item. They are now refusing to let me cancel the order without paying a 5% fee. They clearly don't have to restock anything. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

It was very pleasant delivery experience and modern couch shopping never been as easy. I was in between mid century modern and modern but Mid in Mod has hybrid solution. Overall for furniture shopping best is quality match with price. Definitely I would recommend it.

Delivery and assembly was quick. The men were very professional and I could track them. Love my table, chairs and coffee table.

Quality is wonderful & timely delivery

For a store that is online only, the return policy is terrible. For a set of nightstands that I ordered for $598, I will have to pay ~$290 to return. The color shown online and in person vary vastly, and the return policy does not help with the customer confidence when placing orders. I regret purchasing from here.

Great delivery, great service, great quality of the couch. I am in love with my new couch. The color and the material are accurate and feel great! Definitely recommend Midinmod and probably will search for more house furniture.

I have made multiple purchases from Mid N Mod and have found the furniture to be great value, looks great and well built. Customer services has been wonderful to work with and shipping has been timely.

We have bought a leather couch, a couple of chairs, a dining room table and a coffee table from Midinmod.
We can't say enough about their service and support. We had to replace the top on the dining room table one month after purchase. They asked for pictures and sent the gentleman to our house to replace it. They are amazing! Highly recommend

The holes for the screws for assembly do not align properly and we were not given enough screws to put together the chairs. Had to buy additional screws from the hardware store

This sofa is exactly what I was hoping for—it matches the video shown on the website perfectly and is super comfy. The electric pull-out mechanism is a standout feature: very convenient and incredibly easy to use.

I would’ve given it a full 5 stars if the delivery hadn’t been delayed. That said, I did pay for the white-glove service and it was worth it. Two very nice gentlemen assembled the sofa in about 20 minutes.

They did mention that locking the left side to the middle using the metal guides at the bottom took them a bit longer than expected, mainly because the cushions weren’t allowing for perfect alignment. They used some tools to adjust it (not entirely sure what they did), but they got it done and everything works great now.

Overall, I’m very happy with my new sofa and would definitely recommend it.

The inside screws do not hold. The leg connections are the weakest part. They will break!
