Having my parents now having to live with me and both needing a stairlift, I’ve had to choose a trusted company for peace of mind.
I do my homework and this ticked those boxes. Great reviews. Friendly family run business. Quick service and more. Someone I know had used this service but had bought theirs. I felt the price was reasonable for renting and feel more comfortable knowing they are local and offer a service for breakdown within 24 hours. I hope we never have to use this service.
I was greeted so well on the phone and so informative and to the point. Im sorry I forgot the lady’s name, but she was lovely. I felt at ease.
Matt came to measure up and fit the lift. He did it efficiently and up and running without any hassle.
He showed us how to use it and made sure my mam had a go and knew what to do.
Thank you for a great service at a worrying time for my parents and within a day you had one put in, just in time for my dad to come out of hospital.

i have rented my stairlift for 4 years from Midland stairlifts. I highly recommend them their staff are very polite and helpful and the equipment works perfectly.

Have used this company for years who installed and serviced a chair lift that my 90 year old Mum is so reliant on. Had a problem at the weekend with the lift not working, response out of hours was first class and the problem resolved. Highly recommended in every respect.

From start to finish excellent service.The lady on the phone had a lovely manner.I rang Thursday and was given the choice of a few dates the first being Tuesday.She explained the removal of the stairlift included taking it away.The price of £120 was the cheapest by far.Dave the removal man was there early again another staff member with a lovely manner.He worked quick but efficiently very careful of furniture and decor when removing the lift to the van.Very tidy and offered help with moving furniture to get better access.He also offered and did remove extra grab rails.I really don’t know how to thank this team for the service at a stressful time only I would highly recommend them

I work in a dementia registered care home where the lift was out of use, which disrupted the residents day to day life as they were unable to attend downstairs communal areas. The visit from midlands stairlifts was arranged by the company I work for on Friday for a temporary stair lift to be fit so the residents could remain having normal day to day life’s whilst we await the lift being fixed.
James came out to complete measurements on the Saturday & on the Sunday James and Steve came to fit the stairlifts.
Both were very helpful, professional & most of our respectful to any resident that they did see when they were within the home.
Brilliant service all around.

Excellent service received. Telephoned on Monday and service was undertaken the following day. Stairlift now working perfectly again for our 91 year old father who is still living independently in his own home.
