Well what can I say. Amazing service from Rachel and the team nothing was too much. My father came out of hospital after suffering a stroke and he was in desperate need of a stair lift. And Rachel sorted it out asap for me and was such a weight of my shoulders. And took so much stress away from me at such a difficult time I couldn’t recommend the service provided enough.

My grandad was in urgent need of a stairlift so contacted Midland Stairlifts for help. Rang them on Thursday and by Friday morning we had a refurbished stairlift fitted with a years warranty. Would highly recommend this company.

Midland Stairlift installed a replacement stairlift for my Mother, and removed the old lift without any fuss. They were flexible with times, fitting in with when carers could be in attendance. The stairlift is really good and quiet, and was a good price on a rental basis.

Thank you midland stairlifts we are so please with our new stairlift. We paid £1750 for a new stairlift with 2 years warranty which was better value than buying a reconditioned stairlift with 1 year warranty.

Having hired a stairlift from Midland Stairlifts for over 12 years for my dad we have found the company to be excellent in all respects.
The monthly fee has remained fixed, paperwork is simple and the office staff are friendly and efficient when you contact them.
On the few occasions a service or repair has been required the engineers attended promptly and we found them polite and efficient.
This company maintains traditional values of good customer care and levels of service that should be commended.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
