We purchased the blinds to install ourselves, as we live in a rural area. Easy to go through and choose the blinds and install when they arrive, which didn'ttake ages. The installation clip and instructions are available and very helpful. Easy to follow. We had a few minor hiccups, John is always there to help and he returns phone calls and text messages!! Thanks John and team.

After a nightmare original installation with a handyman, owner John was so easy to talk to and very understanding about getting my Midnight blinds rectified and fixed with one of their own technicians as soon as possible. Short Version: These blinds are magic. They are good as you want them to be. Service could not have been better.

Long Version: We were moving into a new house and knew we wanted something like this in our master bedroom.
I had called ScreenAway first as they were the first I had heard of and in short they gave me every excuse why they couldn't even look at the job.
So I called Midnight Anytime and explained that I had a couple of long handles on the windows that may get in the way, and wanted someone to have a look to see in the first instance if the blinds were even possible. John replied to my email nearly straight away (over the weekend) and said that he could make it work.
We were still waiting for the house to settle, but he was happy to meet with the real estate agent at the house and do the measure up. Then when it did settle he was there on the first day putting the blinds up.
All in all, I couldn't be happier with how this has all played out. Product is great. Service is great. Our room is pitch black. I'd attach a photo, but there doesn't seem much point showing a pitch black room. It's become the new feature we show off when people come around.
I've come to learn there are two types of people in the world. Those who love these blinds, and those who have never seen them. If you're still sitting on the fence, get off it and give John a call.

We purchased a Midnight Anytime Blind a few months ago. We intended to do the installation ourselves. Unfortunately my husband wasn’t able to due to an injury . I contacted John and he arranged the WA installer to come and do the installation. They arrived on time and completed the job quickly. Excellent customer service through both the ordering process and the installation. Highly recommend this quality product.

Top notch customer service and quality product - I never knew there would be blinds that could block out light completely so I can sleep in.
I tried my best to measure and it was wrong so I had trouble with installation even with the great instructional videos John had shot. He stepped me through it kindly and slowly without getting annoyed - I really appreciated this as this is not my area of forte.

When it really didn't work, he came out to help me with it. He even went to Bunnings to get extra parts to get it perfect. Above and beyond care is so rare!

We looked everywhere for some DIY blinds as we live in the country. Lots of companies couldn’t do our size windows. I came across Midnight Anytime Blinds and contacted them via email asking some questions. Within a few days I heard back and it was a very personalised message answering all my questions. We went ahead and ordered the blinds, I again emailed to double check they would work on our roller windows. John was fast at replying. The blinds took about 3 weeks to arrive, my husband installed both blinds under 2 hours. It was very simple thanks to their YouTube tutorial and they look amazing! We now want them for all our windows. Well priced, great quality and easy to work with! Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing blind! It is completely dark in the room. Perfect for someone like me who works nights. Could not be happier with the whole process and the help I received from John was next level. Great people, great blind! Would 100% recommend and buy again.

We got multiple quotes for 3 blackout blinds. Midnight anytime were by for the cheapest. We also fitted our blinds ourselves which was very easy if you have some practical experience.
John and the team are very nice to talk to and respond quickly to questions.
The blinds themselves look fantastic and block 100% of window light. Ours are also motorised and controlled through remotes and our phones using the RF hub which is very handy.
Will definitely recommend to friends.
