The Garlands I ordered took 2.5 months to arrive (In January)
I ordered few garlands at the beginning of November 2024, ensuring I had enough time for it to arrive before Christmas, as I was organizing an important function. Unfortunately, the garlands didn’t arrive until mid January 2025, over two and a half months later!
These garlands were not cheap, so I couldn’t justify spending more money to purchase replacements elsewhere. As a result, I was left without them for the entire Christmas season. When they finally did arrive, I was thoroughly disappointed. The material felt cheap, almost like rubber, and definitely not worth the price.
Dealing with their so called customer service was equally frustrating. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, I was given bunch of excuses and pushbacks, repeatedly being told that the product was on its way. Frankly, products from the North Pole would have arrived faster than this supposedly U.S.-based delivery!
In my opinion, if you decide to sell products online, you should take responsibility. I’ve made many online purchases, including from Amazon and other companies worldwide. Even during the postal strike in December, most companies made alternate arrangements with courier services to ensure timely delivery—even for small orders that didn’t cost hundreds of dollars. There was absolutely no excuse for this order to take so long.
I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but I felt it was necessary to warn others. Once this company receives your payment, they no longer seem to care. They will respond to your inquiries, but only with unnecessary excuses and no real solutions. Save yourself the headache and avoid ordering from this company!
