Received Item Different Than Advertised
I ordered a wallet. The item I received was not a wallet, it was a coin purse that could be used as a necklace. The photo saw when ordering does in no way match the item I actually received. I am not getting a satisfactory response from their customer service so will go to my cc company if they do not accept my return.

This webpage is a scam !! Please be aware, there is no way you can do returns and their customer service ignores all the emails.
To give background:
The coat was sewn up, so in order to try it on to see if it actually fits or not, you needed to untie the thread ( otherwise you cant try it on) , which customer service claims as “worn” because I took the thread off to try it on, which does not make any sense ( note all tags are in place). it felt that they did tie the coat on purpose to trap customers. Honestly horrible experience, I emailed them multiple times and they stopped responding ( 3 emails sent).

As no issues were reported with the item upon delivery, we conclude that the item was delivered to you in satisfactory condition. Therefore, the return has been rejected. Good experience with Miinto - Highly recommend
I have purchased a couple of desinger items from Miinto and love how fast and well-cared the orders arrived to my home snd how easy it was to make a return when things weren't as I expected. The quality of the items & packaging from Miinto have been very good. The prices of items are usually very good compared to similar platforms.
I wish there is an illustration for how the items are on a mannequin or a real model as I struggled to imagine how the items, especially sunglasses, look on a real person to imagine how it would fit or look on me.

Such A Wonderful Experience With Kordian
I rarely write reviews but my wonderful experience with Kordian at Miinto is worth writing about.
I was disappointed in the beginning because I received the wrong color but I returned and was refunded. After that Kordian made my experience so much smoother by being there for me every step of the way. Finding the same brand and model eyewear for me, twice. Also, I asked for a discount so that I will pay the same price as the original one. Kordian gave me a discount that I ended up paying a little less than the original price.
I’m very thankful for Kordian for being there for me throughout the entire process. He was so kind and patient. Also professional. I had the best experience with him and next time I need anything from Miinto, I know who to look for. I’m so grateful for his help and for this experience!
