Easy ordering but deceiving customers on customs levy …

Easy ordering process and relatively fast delivery. Well packaged item. Only issue is customs levy charged by MIINTO which they simply pocket for themselves as the product is not levied by US customs (under $800). Be warned! MIINTO charges you customs levy which they keep for themselves.
MIINTO replied and now says it’s a processing fee. Then why not say there is a 20% processing fee on top of your order and not say it’s a customs fee for the sake of being transparent so buyers know what the real price of an item is. A chat with their automated customer service also says an algorithm is to blame for the additional charge of 20%. Really!

A scammer provided me with a fake item!

A scammer provided me with a fake item!
I’ve ordered a Fendi scarf and they send me a fake one! Moreover it’s not the same one that I order a wrong item!
I had doubts it’s fake because the one I received has never been in Fendi brand before
After been to fendi to check it’s authenticity they confirmed it’s a fake one and they stopped the production of such scarf while ago and it’s not the same material of the one they used to produce! And it’s 100% fake!
After sending to miinto they told me they’re gonna ask their partner boutique to provide me with a proof of authenticity and they sent me a purchase receipt from fendi
After checking with fendi again they confirmed this receipt doesn’t belong to the item that I received and it belongs to another scarf! And they’re scamming me!
After asking miinto for a rerun they said I’ve exceeded the return time frame and they will ask the partner boutique if they’re ok to return it after exceeding the time frame!
However every client should have all the right to return a fake item any item once they know such thing Everly if it’s after the return period!
I’ve been in this hassle for more than a month and miinto are so helpful all what they’re saying they waiting a replay from the partner boutique while their partner boutique is not my issue at all as I bought the scarf from Miinto and I know nothing about this partner boutique so miinto is the one who’s responsible to return me the item and refund me my money regardless their partner boutiques accepted the return or no, they can sort it out later with them! And it’s not my problem that they allow any scammer to trade on their platform!! Basically it’s their fault and they should pay for their faults not the clients!
Horrible experience I can’t recommend anyone to buy from miinto as it’s not a trusted platform there’s scammers selling fake items with original item’s price, anf if there’s any problem happened they will be helpless and they will tell you sorry it’s all about the partner boutique not us!

Great price, fast shipping as an oversea shipping

The price of luxury bag is very good. The shipping process is ok, after I answer all the questions from the custom office. So far the shipping time is around 7days. Very acceptable.
