Helaas waren er problemen met het verzendbedrijf.
Na 12 dagen wachten en enkele mailtjes verder heb ik de bestelling geannuleerd omdat ik er geen vertrouwen meer in had.
Het geldbedrag werd binnen enkele dagen netjes teruggestort.
Omdat ik het muziekje graag wilde ontvangen heb ik een nieuwe bestelling gedaan.
Deze keer werd het verstuurd met een ander postorder bedrijf en was de bestelling binnen 5 dagen bij mij.
Het muziekje is van stevig materiaal en werkt perfect, ben er enorm blij mee!
Het contact wat ik had met Ismael was persoonlijk en netjes, wat ik enorm waardeer, en wat me een betrouwbaar gevoel gaf.
Ik zou het bedrijf bij mijn vrienden aanbevelen.

Very happy with the quality of the music box mechanism I ordered! It has some weight to it and sounds beautiful! I would have given 5 stars except for a delay during shipping, as I ordered June 20th using priority ship with a quick response from Miium & expected delivery July 4th. Received it today, July 13th. However, some shipping & customs issues can't be helped & Miium was excellent in their communication. Thank you 😊

Il carillon è davvero ottimo ed esteticamente molto delicato. La spedizione era in ritardo ma ne è valsa la pena.

The music box I ordered is just perfect! Lovely, really good price comparing to other brands, fast delivery, well made so it feels like a proper forever-lasting piece of art (not like a cheap chinese crap made from matchsticks), everything works perfectly, pristine condition, it was beautifully wrapped and Miium is the only company on the internet that has my song for which using different website I would pay literally hundreds of pounds cause they marked it as "special request"! I was really happy to find Miium and will recommend to everyone. The music box was a gift for our anniversary and really it couldn't have been better. It will definitely last longer that our whole lives so it maybe even be a family kind of treasure- EXTREMELY HAPPY!:)

Es la segunda vez que pido y he quedado igual de encantada. La cajita es preciosa y la envían con mucho mimo. Además, la enviaron muy rápido (tanto que no me lo esperaba y no pude recogerla en ese momento) e Ismael respondió muy amable a mi correo por si necesitaba ayuda con el punto de entrega. Sin duda un detalle muy original y bonito de regalar.

Do not order from this site. The quality is poor and they do not offer proper refunds as they advertise on their website. You pay alot of money for poor quality clothing. AVOID

Placed an order with them on February 11th for a couple of custom music box mechanisms. I told them my deadline was April 2nd, they said they could do it, that production takes 4 weeks. Order goes forward. March 11th comes, order not completed.
I had to check in with them multiple times, multiple delays, I keep reminding them of my deadline.
Eventually they tell me to contact them again on the 25th, which I do telling them I'm going to contact Paypal if they don't ship on time. Out of nowhere they said they want to cancel my order, which I said I still needed the music boxes. They never actually cancelled because now on the 29th, I opened a case on Paypal, which for reason I got an auto refund for.
I've already had a lot of expenses crafting my own boxes for the music box mechanisms, and since I don't have the music boxes, I'm going to look into legal action to take them to small claims court so they can pay for the damage they've done. Completely unprofessional and unable to meet deadlines, absolutely avoid this company.

He adquirido una de sus fantásticas cajas de música artesanales. Me parecen una chulería. A parte de tener una gran variedad de posibles dibujos, motivos, formas, tamaños... Tienen una gran variedad de música, además de la opción de añadir algún título que no tengan, lo que hace al regalo todavía más personalizable. Se ve que ponen mucho cariño en su trabajo. Como buenos frikis que somos tanto yo como mi pareja, la sorprendí con la banda sonora de Juego de Tronos. Se quedó alucinada! 100% Recomendable.

Tuve un percance con mi pedido por una metedura de pata mía. Hice pago con transferencia bancaria y no leí el correo en el que se confirma el pago. Les escribí super apurada, y no sólo me ayudaron sino que llegó antes de tiempo, no siendo culpa de ellos. La caja, es preciosa, la melodía suena súper tierna. Super agradecida

La caja llegó tarde y no me sirvió para lo que la quería, ni siquiera con el envío urgente. la estimación de tiempos que hacen no es correcta y ahora tengo una caja que no puedo devolver. Por supuesto, no se han disculpado si quiera

I ordered a 30 second musical mechanism to use in a box I was making my wife for our anniversary. The servuce was great - very responsive to questions and the product delivered was stunning. Beautifully presented and great sounding. I would highly recommend.

La caja personalizada llegó en excelentes condiciones y empaquetamiento, así como con un código de descuento para el próximo pedido que haré sin duda. Además les comenté que la caja era un regalo para un cumpleñaos y que si podían darle prioridad. Me contestaron en seguida y la caja llegó un par de días despues. Aun así cocnsiderad que el proceso normal puede tardar hasta una semana así que planead con cabeza.

La caja en sí es perfecta y da gusto verla y oirla.

I just received my music box today. It plays “Clocks” by the musical group COLDPLAY. OMG..,when I opened it up I started to cry (happy tears). I am so in Love with this music box that there just are no words left!

I recently ordered a gift on short notice, and I have to say, the service was amazing! I let them know I needed it fast and even offered to transfer extra money for express shipping. But Ismael, the guy in charge and such a great person, did everything he could to get my order to me on time without any extra cost. I really appreciate that!
