We asked Mildon to run a session on diversity and inclusion, with a focus on bias in decision making, and it really landed well - we enjoyed the real world examples from Toby and Brooklyn. The session felt very tailored to us, bringing in the ICEC report and our updated selection policy in a way that made everything feel relevant and practical. The tools shared, like the SEEDS model, LEAP framework, and Active Bystander approaches, were easy to understand and apply, and the conversations felt open and honest throughout. People came away with more confidence and clear actions they can use in academy selection meetings. It was a genuinely useful session that we would happily recommend.

I’ve worked with Toby and Brooklyn over the past several months to support the development of our EDI strategy, and I’ve been really pleased with the experience and the outcomes.
From the outset, Toby brought a thoughtful and practical approach. He helped us gather meaningful insights from our people, translate those into a clear strategy, and engage our leadership team and trustees constructively.
What stood out most for me was how Toby works. He creates a space where you can be yourself, think openly, and be challenged in a supportive way. Through our conversations, I’ve noticed a real shift in my own leadership style. I’m more curious, more reflective and more confident in how I approach EDI across the organisation.

Toby delivered a fantastic workshop for our members recently on Inclusive Strategy design for SME HR Managers and Senior Leadership. We recently worked with Mildon on a neurodiversity-focused training session and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The session was very well received and struck a great balance between interactive activities and clear, accessible content.
The facilitator was personable and professional, and created a comfortable environment where people felt able to engage openly. Everything ran smoothly on the day, from set up to delivery.
What really stood out was the impact after the session. The team independently created an internal “ways of working” document to help us collaborate more inclusively, directly inspired by the training. It was refreshing to see learning translate so clearly into practical action.
We also really appreciated the follow-up from the Mildon team and would happily work with them again in the future.

Toby brought the perfect blend of professional background and EDI experience, with the added credibility of having worked with big names like Deloitte. That made the session really relatable to our team.

We worked with Mildon on a full-day, tailored EDI Strategy workshop, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. We worked with Mildon to deliver a full-day, tailored EDI Strategy workshop for LDA Design in March 2025.

We asked Mildon to run a webinar on disabililty inclusion for Redgate Software's 2024 diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) program. This was a fantastic session for our global audience of technology professionals, with strong engagement from our attendees, most of whom left feeling better prepared to collaborate with individuals with disabilities in the workplace following this event.
Working with Mildon to plan this session was straightforward, with an introductory call to scope out the request as well as a followup meeting to discuss impact and reception. They delivered the engagement to a very high standard that exceeded our expectations.

Brooklyn was a speaker on one of our EDI Conferences. The event was a big, sold out London conference, and she run one of the morning sessions on language in EDI. She is an absolutely fantastic and captivating speaker, and the audience really enjoyed her session and found it really informative and valuable. Moreover, Brooklyn was asked last minute to join our panel session on recruitment, and she did so with no hesitation :) she did a fantastic job there too, bringing a lot of valuable knowledge and perspectives into the conversation. I highly recommend Brooklyn as a speaker for both small and big events, we will definitely be wanting to work with her again! :)
