Mildon have been exceptional from the start. Brooklyn, Toby and Luis have all been proactive in our conversations and the help they have offered us at St Paul’s Catholic School in Leicester. Luis came to deliver a talk for our school during our Diversity Week and it was described staff and students as a stand out session due to his openness, honesty and humour. Students were impressed with how interactive and thought provoking Luis’s session on disability Inclusion was and this has encouraged us to take an active role in making sure our school is more inclusive. We have been supported by Luis and the team in our endeavours to reach a wider audience of parents in our location and our journey is not over yet. Had a session with Toby on Psychological safety within my workplace for Black History Month and the presentation Toby gave was both thought provoking and informative. It challenged us as an organisation to work harder at creating that psychological safe space at every level of the organisation. Admittedly its still a work in progress getting to the psychologically safe space but we are beginning to make steps in the right direction. People are considering Toby's words in their interactions which is changing the dynamics in a positive way.
Toby's presentation style is laid back and puts you at ease even when you are discussing those hard hitting topics. Really enjoyed the session and it left me with tools to utilise going forward. Thanks to Toby and your team for such amazing work you do daily.

Toby and the Mildon team have been integral to our IED strategy. Toby has offered non-exec style inputs to our leadership meetings sharing lived experience and IED expertise. Creating a safe environment for teams to talk openly and learn together has been excellent through the inclusive growth workshop. The IED audit service is helpful to sense check progress and develop a plan to deliver further change no matter where you are on the IED journey.

Toby's conscious inclusion session in June was a game-changer for our team. It was accessible, engaging and insightful, and sparked a lot of conversations about meaningful changes we can make. This session was by far our most engaging event to date, with tons of positive feedback and lots of immediate actions. I highly recommend this session for anyone interested in inclusivity and diversity in the workplace.

Toby hosted a 1hr webinar on "Diversity in Recruitment" with over 230+ attendees. The feedback was really positive and people enjoyed the subject matter and particularly the delivery with specific case studies and easy to follow slides.

I arranged for Luis to deliver the "Everything You Wanted to Know about Disability but Were Too Afraid to Ask" workshop for our company. Luis was a delight to work with and he presented a very engaging and informative session. As we work in the DE & I space, the workshop for us was about expanding our knowledge personally but also equipping us with information that we can pass onto our clients. The Q&A at the end of the workshop was also great and created some really good discussion.
If you are looking for training in this area, I would definitely recommend Mildon.

Toby Mildon was really flexible in helping us with his expertise in just the way we needed. And his advice was really useful although we're a small charity and not perhaps the kind of big commercial client he often works with - but he was really good at understanding where we're at and what would help us move forward. Also, he and his team -very efficient and reliable!

We worked with Toby as a keynote guest speaker at a team event. Unlike many other speakers, Toby and the team took the time to understand the business and the needs of the group, and created something bespoke for us, rather than providing an 'off-the-shelf' talk. Highly recommended.
