I have recently bought a home from Richard in Swindon. I found him very professional and easy to contact throughout the buying process. He was available all the time , night or day or weekends for any questions. I have been looking for a home for more than a year and wanted to move before a set date giving less than 2 months from start to finish. I was not sure that I would be able to complete on time but Richard did make that happen. I used his recommended solicitor and mortgage advisor who both were again excellent and I didnt have any issues at all in dealing with them. Richard even went beyond his routine work to arrange a plumber quote for which I was struggling and resolved the issue with the seller on time. Richard was amazing! Very personable and clued up on everything to do with the properties I viewed. This was my first home purchase which is always daunting by I immediately felt comfortable on meeting Richard and not once felt under pressure at any point during the viewings.
