Really knowledgeable
Really knowledgeable, its our first cruise so we had lots of questions and "how to" things. We got all the answers and loads of tips on how to get the best out of the holiday.

Excellent service …
From the moment we walked in till the moment we left, the service we received was first class from Conor. Nothing was to much trouble and he was very patient taking us through all the options we were looking at and helping to put a holiday package together that was absolutely perfect for us.

Great customer service and attention to detail
Conor the Manager explained everything thoroughly to my wife and I about our preferred holiday destination; in this case Jamaica. Furthermore, he also provided holiday insurance options to us. The professional advice provided and customer friendly approach led to us booking our first holiday with Miles Morgan and we look forward to using this company again.

Friendly & Professional.
Attended our appointment with a view to booking a cruise around Japan. We were made to feel very welcome and offered a tea or coffee. Melissa was very helpful, answered all our queries and understood what our budget, requirements and preferences were. She successfully booked our cruise and managed to remain calm and friendly when the computer system decided to play up. Everything was fine in the end and we are looking forward to exploring Japan.
