Milford Manchester 

I ordered 3 items from this company because the misleading website led me to believe it was a UK business. When they arrived they were nothing like the images on the site and extremely cheap fabric. Having spent £79.96 on the order, it then cost me £26 to return it. Two month later, no refund has been issued, leaving me £105.96 out of pocket. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Ordered what was advertised to be a beautiful flowing summer dress which, according to the advert, was from a shop in Manchester run by two lovely people. It arrived from China!! The dress was way too small and of a cheap material and although advertised as a long dress came above my knees! I requested a refund and what I needed to do to return the item. Although quick to respond via e-mail they kept offering me 10% off then 20% and then 30%, gift it to a friend or choose another item rather than a refund/return. Eventually they advised what I needed to do to return and I took it to the Post Office only to be told it would cost £26 for tracked (which they had advised) postage. I have not returned it and begrudgingly accepted a 30% refund. In fact I had zero confidence in the parcel ever reaching its destination in China or of receiving a refund. I am now left with a £35 dress which is in the bottom of the bloody drawer!!! Pity the day I ever saw their advert!! Terrible way to do business and I am surprised they are still trading judging by all the reviews.

The company does not deserve any star at all.
I ordered 2 pairs of unsatisfactory sandals back in June.
Following a protracted and painful process, I returned the sandals on 25 July 2025 back to China at an absurd cost of 26.55. They have arrived.
But
Following their promess of the full refund, £93.42, I am still waiting for the money back.
This firm is dishonest and the quality not as advertised.

Do not buy from this company.
There is zero response from customer service.

I purchased 4 dresses on 1/7/2025 and within 5 minutes tried cancelling the order. There was no means provided to cancel it. I sent multiple messages trying to cancel and was told it was already processed and couldn’t be stopped. When the items arrived they didn’t fit so I returned them via international tracked and signed postage. They are not in Manchester as their website claims. Returns have to go to China. I’m now £200 out of pocket for the dresses and postage costs. I still have not received my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I’m sorry I didn’t review them properly before purchasing from them and seeing all the warnings on trustpilot. I don’t understand when so many people have lost money a website like this hasn’t been shutdown yet!

Do not buy from this company. They are not based in the uk, their items are very poor quality. I have sent the items back weeks ago & still haven’t received my refund, they aren’t replying to my emails either, I am not happy at all. Do not purchase anything from this company

MILFORD MANCHESTER - DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY : SCAM
I purchased 1 item : £37.50, however, by the time I completed the transaction a second item was added, total amount : £75.00. When the two items arrived they did not fit, I emailed Milford Manchester to request return details, I was advised I could keep the items and offered a 10% discount, I declined, they made another offer of 20%, I declined. I agreed to return the items and these were sent via Royal Mail (signed) on 5 August at a cost of £33.80. Having just checked the status of the parcel it would appear it is still with customs (China). I wrote to Milford Manchester and immediately received a bounce back, the 'destination domain' is not know - SCAM
The entire experience/financial loss has cost £108.80 - disgusting.

Awful company! Do not order from them. You cannot return anything. They do not reply. Never send an order number in the first place. Stay away!

I ordered the so called orthopaedic wide fit sandals for disabled mum if 80. She paid £37 and were meant to be a size 5. They were prob a size 3 and we’re discusting. I can’t explain the poor quality I’ve had no reply from them

Website is totally misleading Poor quality material but fit ok but tbf it was £25

I ordered a dress which finally came several weeks later when I arrived back from my holiday. The item was not as advertised. It’s so flimsy I could use it as a dish rag. Tried to contact them for a return slip - no reply. I’m reading some of the comments and it looks like there is not a free return policy and is made in China. False advertising.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- The goods are not as described and they don’t process refunds but offers discount and you get to keep the poor quality clothing. I do not rate this company and trading standards will be contacted

This company is not based in Manchester it shows a shopfront and man and woman making it looks as though you are buying from an English company. The dress that arrived from China is nothing other than cheap tat nothing like the video. The customer service department do not reply to emails about returning items. Buyer beware.

Not a Manchester based company.
In fact, I have since seen some of the items on their website on TEMU!
Ordered 2 dresses. Both made of very cheap fabric and did not fit.
Have sent numerous email and messages on their website contact page but not a single answer to them.
After reading reviews I won’t pay to return them as it seems refunds are not getting paid.
Only One place for this pile of trash. The bin.
Lesson learnt.

Items arrived and were not what was ordered. Two emails to customer service and no response to request return and refund. Customer service is none existent and website is inaccurate. Don’t waste your money!

I really should have known better than to trust buying goods advertised on Facebook and wish I had checked reviews first. This looked like a genuine UK outlet and in their email they thanked me for supporting a UK company. The goods (ordered 18th August) were apparently shipped from China. There appeared to be a mix up as the tracking number changed, Evri notified me on 26th of August there was a delivery delay. I'm now in a situation where neither Milford or Evri are acknowledging contact from me. My advice...avoid at all costs!

Still not received any credit for goods returned back in July. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
Cost £16 to post returns back to China.

Terrible quality dress which looked completely different in the pictures. I wouldn’t be seen dead in it.
No reply from emails.
