Worst service ever, be careful their customer serive is for wasting your life not for solving their own system problem
Worst service ever, received 1 voucher yesterday for first purchase customer, thought would give it a try, spent half an hour on the website to get list done. The voucher is not working. online chat with customer service, Shree replied one sentence every 5 minutes, after 1 hour on the chat, she finally asked for my email to prove that I received the email, shared the email, then she blocked me from chat!!! You must be kidding to your customer, you are wasting my 1.5 hours for nothing???? how do you think you will get customers???

I have used milkrun four times now and first three times free delivery then only five dollars delivery they are very punctual and always have the best deals. My daughter put me into them

For the second time since I have been using milk run my groceries were delivered to the wrong address. I am slightly disabled so I had to walk a long way in order to lug them back to my house. Not impressed, especially when there are definative instructions as to my location on the order.
I will not be using Milk Run again.
Consistently underwhelming
Goodness me! Not once, not twice, not thrice, but tonight is the eleventh time that my poor soul has tried to deal with Milkrun yet again. The first time, it wasn’t delivered to me properly, and it was frustrating to get in touch with someone back then since they were still new. Thought it would be better over time. Surely. And so whenever I have these few times when I’m in the middle of baking (I bake a few times a week as my contribution to our group, which supports people having a difficult time, and we get the chance to bring it to them. Our group operates nationwide in New Zealand, by the way. LOL!).
Anyway, tonight was one of those nights when I needed extra eggs and some extra butter. So, even so, I painfully know that this is going to be just the same as the past ten orders of mine, okay? SORRY, but in desperate times, desperate measures must suffice! And yes, that’s the perfect way to describe my transaction with Milkrun again!!!
You never FAIL to give disappointing service. Honestly! I really wouldn’t want to leave a review like this, but you guys are seriously going backwards and don’t seem to be getting any better. It’s just not nice having a delivery service that can’t even deliver properly. Something’s got to change, guys! And I say this with respect, not being a jerk. But, please! You really need to think this through and consider the industry you’re in.

Awful dead produce being delivered for a convenience fee. Not worth it. You’re better off dashing to the shop yourself or ordering directly from supermarket

The incompetent delivery driver went to the wrong house and then the order was “returned to warehouse”. The delivery was to cheer up a girlfriend who had just lost her father. They refused to redeliver and offered refund in 3 days time. Completely unacceptable and I will never use this company again and suggest no one else does either.

MILKRUN is the most pathetic service ever!!! Have been charged x3 seperate $19 transactions for items I have never received or even able to place as there was a system error with Apple Pay.
They had no interest in taking any responsibility.
Very disappointing as I use the MILKRUN platform every weekend.

Absolutely garbage
Absolutely garbage. Delivery time is always longer than an hour though they say 30 mins (lies). My last order was someone else's, took over an hour and they wouldn't even offer a voucher or something like this as compensation. Horrible never again
Good service
Used them 4 times now and they’re good! The delivery people have done a good job, in fact my orders have arrived sooner than expected. The prices are a bit higher, but I think it’s worth it for the convenience of avoiding going to the supermarket.
STAY AWAY
STAY AWAY. They steal your money and groceries. Regardless of having video proof of no one attending, they still believe it was delivered. It’s SCAM application.

First time use. Fast, simple and well worth it I will now Delete my useless Coles account.
We really needed the help to get groceries Milk run is so incredibly FAST. Order placed and delivery arrived in 50 mins.
Half of items didn’t arrive and poor customer service
Half of items didn’t arrive. Struggled to talk to someone about missing items and when we did, asked why they couldn’t send missing items. Told they could only offer a refund and when we challenged this were hung up on by Jayden the customer service agent. Poor service. Would recommend no one use this service. This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues with MILKRUN, my wife’s orders have previously arrived late. This isn’t how you treat customers by hanging up in them.
Absolute crap
Absolute crap - don't use them. Had a delivery for someone that wasn't us. Just a first name and last initial, no address so couldn't tell where it was supposed to be delivered. Called Milkrun, spoke to someone in the Philippines I couldn't understand (in Australia). There is no way I would use this useless company.

Milkrun was good at first, but lately it’s gone downhill. Prices have skyrocketed — you’ll be paying around 40% more than at other stores. Plus, items are often missing from orders, and there’s no clear way to complain or get a refund. Really disappointing!

Blocked Account
Milkrun flagged and blocked my account and refused to remove the block. There was always items missing too which didn't help any may have affected it. They stubbornly refused to lift the ban. I tried to appeal this misunderstanding. It is distressing because it blocks me off Woolworths online too which I am only halfway through a 12 month delivery subscription. I work late and cannot always get to the supermarket. Very disappointing. Do not waste your time with this service. I would consider modifying my review if the unjust ban is removed immediately. Customer Service is useless.
