I had high hopes tbh and I spent over $200 on a product that I could of got for under 10$ for most likely better quality, I've bought 1000% better quality off Temu,shein, omg even wish.. 100% unsatisfied

Great customer service. I bought a beautiful blanket for my baby but there was a problem with the courier and the parcel was lost. As soon as I contacted them, Morag kindly and promptly send a replacement and deal with the issue.

Milk and Honey immediately responded to my email (over the weekend) and sent out a replacement. Milk and Honey kept in contact with me throughout to make sure I was satisfied. So refreshing to find such a helpful genuine company. Would recommend.

Took my money, no sign of any product, no response to my emails
It’s been over 10 working days and no sign of my blanket, or any notification that it’s shipped. My email asking for an update has gone unanswered too. I’m at a point where I’m probably going to have to resort to getting the money back from my bank.
Update- the blanket did eventually ship and is lovely. I never did get a response to my email.

I bought a beautiful blanket
I bought a beautiful, luxurious baby blanket that was just as beautiful as described. Soft, thick and just gorgeous. It was packed fantastically and I loved the little personalised note that came with the purchase.
Will definitely buy more things from this lovely independent company.

Be careful when coming with a vehicles…
Be careful when coming with a vehicles to their sites. Some of the places are owned by private landlords and they call enforcement officers to come and give you penalty charge. I’ve been pretending that I don’t understand their language in the shop I visited but the staff members described my vehicle and me. 3 days later the letter with the penalty came
