Excellent children’s clothes
Great unique pieces which cannot be found on the high street. The quality of the clothing is high and good bargains can be found the sale periods. I also commend their customer service and delivery which is always prompt.

Gorgeous!
I ordered way before Christmas outfits for all 3 of my babies, when they came I was pleased with how well these items were packed, also the quality is very high standard in my opinion was over the moon, couldn't wait to get them on the babies at Christmas, true to size, as they fit well.
Quick delivery no issues, would like to see them more advertised! As found by accident really. But so glad I did as I was looking for a specific outfits to match all 3 for Christmas (which as you can imagine alot of sizes in other stores where out of stock). But I would definitely recommend got nothing but compliments from picture of all three babies. I can't wait for birthdays an Christmas again this year!

I sent for the Pangasa hat to match…
I sent for the Pangasa hat to match the coat I already had but the hat was very small for age 2 it was more like age 3-6 months so unfortunately Iv had to return it so just waiting for my refund but delivery was quick and it was neatly packaged

I’m sorry the hat wasn’t the right fit. The product description did note that this particular Pangasa style fits small and recommended sizing up. Although marked ‘24 months’, this style usually fits much closer to the size below (12 months) due to the way the brand sizes their hats.

The best children’s boutique
Millie and John is my favourite children’s boutique to shop from. Shopping here just feels different they really value every little bit of business. Just recently one order came with a free pair of matching socks, the other with a £10 voucher. You just don’t get this service anywhere else and they will always be my first choice now.

I love Millie and John. I got amazing deals for my baby girls clothes, excellent quality (wool and cashmere!) for a bargain. The delivery was fast, when an item needed replacement I was contacted quickly and given options, with a quick reply. Their customer care is super friendly and as a family business, it´s nice to hear directly from them!

Dresses size.
Thank you so much for the beautiful dresses and the super quick delivery! I was impressed. The only thing I didn’t like was the sizes of the dresses. It’s really small and short, although I did go one size up for each of my kids, but still, they may wear it for the next 6 months maximum! So I think this should be adjusted. Thank you again.

I’m sorry to hear the fit still felt smaller than expected. Those particular styles do come up short and on the smaller side, which is why we noted this on the product pages and advised sizing up. Hi Rubi,
We’re so sorry to hear you feel this way. We completely understand how frustrating the new US customs rules have been – the $800 duty-free threshold was removed by US Customs on 29th August 2025, meaning all parcels now require duties and taxes before delivery.
We replied to each of your emails promptly (within an hour in most cases), confirmed the legitimacy of the payment link, and explained exactly what would happen when the link expired. Unfortunately, when customs payments aren’t made in time, parcels are automatically returned by the courier – something we sadly have no control over.
As soon as your parcel arrives back with us, we’ll contact you straight away to offer either reshipping or a refund.
