Communications, the web shop and postage was all very reasonable and they sell excellent quality products. I highly recommend them and have also told my dog owning friends about them.

Very happy customer!
I have just purchased a Rukka thermal dog coat from Millie and Murphy and the standard of service I received was second to none. Katy from Millie and Murphy could not have been more helpful in my search for this particular dog coat from Rukka and I am so impressed by the quality of this product, it really is worth every penny. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Millie and Murphy and will be ordering from them again .... and again!

Great fleece and great service
Really pleased with the fleece, my elderly Westie had a short body but is quite stocky so it is difficult to find jackets to fit him but the large size fits him pefectly.
I ordered this on a Friday night and it arrived on the following Monday morning so really pleased with the prompt service too.

I ordered this as a gift for my daughter who will soon be getting a puppy.
The company kept me well informed of the progress of my order and my daughter informed me when the product arrived (very promptly)

The Rukka coat was great quality and delivery was really quick. When it arrived I was really pleased with the care taken on the wrapping, it was an added bonus and shows the attention to detail that Millie and Murphy and Katy take over their products. I needed some help with my choice and contacting Katy was really easy and she was really helpful.... 💕

We love this site
We love this site! The reasonable price for the item we wanted - Henry Wagg Cool Bed - drew us in first but the rest of our experience was great too. Fast item delivery and well packaged, it felt as though care was taken with every stage of the order and we will definitely use Millie and Murphy again.
