I purchased two books for my boys. They've both loved jotting things down, and it's become a part of their routine. The books are well made and of good quality.
The boys have found the characters and activities engaging.

The posters look great and I’m sure my nephew and niece will love them once framed up. Delivery was slightly delayed but ongoing communication was provided which was super professional. All in all a good experience and would highly recommend MC

Mindful champs has been such an integral part of our daily evening routine. It's been a powerful tool in helping my daughter with her confidence and positive outlook. The flash cards are superb and the journals are so thoughtfully put together. It makes it exciting for my daughter to fill it out each night. I also love the adult journal myself so it's a lovely activity we do together.

I’ve purchased the adult journals over 18months ago and have seen the product evolve over time. These journals have been a game changer in my daily self care and wellbeing routine. I love the concept that Nima has grasped when designing these journals and definitely tapped into a gap in the market with these - the content in terms of learning and information are thought provoking making you focus from within. In doing so, it makes you get comfortable with the uncomfortable which is great to aid your own growth and self awareness! The attention to detail, the thinking behind the concept by Nima really comes through and she is sooo humble about these products! Starting my fourth journal soon and am truly grateful for the game changer Nima has created!

I've purchased a few items from mindful champs including the adult journal, puzzle and the children's mindful me journal. I've loved all the products I've bought. The grief and gratitude journal in particular is something I've not seen before and is a great idea for kids. I've also been to a couple of the pop ups the company has displayed at and the service has always been incredible! Highly recommend this company.

Amazing books and so well thought out. Bought as a gift for my neice and nephew and they love them. So much attention to detail and really focus on mindfulness which is fantastic. Thank you
