Customer Service Fail

I found myself locked out of my active account while trying to get the renewal receipt for my work's Visa reconciliation. I reached out for support several times. MindTools was unable to successfully assist with my password reset. I asked for support in emailing me the invoice/receipt and did not hear back. I sent two follow-up emails. I guess I annoyed the support team because a week later, I am still waiting on someone to respond back to me. I'm very frustrated at the lack of support and at this point am ready to cancel my subscription.

The weekly buildup of knowledge keeps what you've learnt at fore of mind and embeds the application to your day to day. The videos are pretty neat too.

I would like to be able to do bite size learning at a cadence that works for me. So if I have time to do two modules in one sitting I would like that option!

Scam subscription service - stay away

Non-responsive customer service and a marketing scam. Push the free trial messaging, and then make it impossible for you to cancel. Stay away - the negative reviews on here show how many others have had problems.
