I am not able to use my login…

I am not able to use my login credentials to login and reset password does it work either. Looks like a scam. I see a charge from Thai company on my card and there is no way for me to cancel my subscription. Stay away from this site.

Recanted bad review

I had wrote a review a few days ago, only offering one star as when I had decided to unsubscribe from MindTools when it no longer served a purpose to me I had found out that it had locked me out of my account, and taken $625 from my bank account. When I checked the reviews I had learned that this was a regular occurance for many customers and I was afraid I had lost that money for good.
I contacted MindTools via email and they responded by the next day and assured me that I would have my money returned within the next 7-10 business days.
I have received my money(thank goodness), and recanted my previous review. Thank you for the quick reply, and the returned money. You have no idea how much this means to me!

Clear easy to navigate pages. I really like the newsletter links that are sent and always find something relevant to my job. I've recommended Mindtools to several colleagues and use it as a handy reference guide as well.

The customer service person eas helpful. I have not had good luck getting an estimate for permission to use videos and content. It has been 2 months trying to get a response.

Wonderful Leadership Library

Having a leadership library with different instructors and content is key. I can search any subject and find a short or long video or class or read a quick article to refresh my knowledge any time. I was also able to create some playlists of content for whatever I'm in the mood for at any time!

Disgraceful

This website and the support service is disgraceful. I have made repeated attempts to have my password reset and never get a response to my emails. This being the case I have now tried to cancel my subscription and of course get no response to those emails either. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an online company

Great content. Previous user experience was better.

I have always loved Mindtools content, but since the last update (revamp), I have lots of difficulties accessing pages. Pages dont download properly, content not always available. I have tried with VPNs of other countries... sometimes it works to improve the experience, though I thought it was much easier to access content and learning paths with the previous interface.

Errors

I have been trying to sign up for the free trial for weeks but I keep getting system error messages. I asked other people to try and they also got the same error

Emailed customer service several times but no response. Not reliable and not worth the money
