This is a must for anyone and everyone who hasn’t ever done a first aid class. We had the very lovely Amy come round to my house for an evening with 10 friends, new mums and grandparents. Amy guided us and educated us. Covered so much, most of us didn’t know. We did hands on and shared our own experiences in personal situations in a caring environment. Can’t thank Amy enough, she was very thorough and patient. Helped everyone and answered all our questions. I highly recommend you do this class because knowledge gives you the power to help!

We were a small group with an excellent, experienced instructor, Sue. It covered everything that I needed to know for my job as a pilates teacher. We were encouraged to ask questions throughout the day and all aspects of the course were delivered and explained in way that was easily understood. I would highly recommend Mini First Aid to anyone considering a first aid certification.

This first aid course was fantastic, the online learning was easy to access, with audio if needed and lots of informative video clips to watch.
The second part of the course was really relaxed, Judith was lovely, made everyone feel at ease and welcomed questions which were all answered.
I feel extremely confident that should I be required to carry out any first aid, I’m capable and now aware of the changes that have been made since my last first aid course.
Would highly recommend.

I had a great learning experience at Fife & Forth Valley course with Lynsay Allan . Lynsay was so helpful there was a great balance of ease of learning but never took away how serious the situation could be. It was so good for it not to be full of doom and scaring it was calm and clear. Lynsay was so kind and happy you could tell how much she loved doing the course made it a better way to learn. I will be recommending to anyone who is interested. I'm so happy to know this First aid I hope I never have to use the DRSABC's but it gives me peace of mind that I have the information if needed

Brilliant instructor who was also a midwife which was very helpful. The course was thorough and delivered in an accessible and easy to understand way. The ability to test out certain skills was brilliant and the guidance from the instructor was invaluable. Would recommend to anyone. Brilliant life skills to have.

I had a fantastic experience with Fran on the first aid course. She was so knowledgeable and took the time to explain things carefully and further when I asked for more details on a particular topic. The course felt comprehensive and concise, with Fran providing excellent training equipment and a handy booklet to keep afterwards. I feel confident and prepared after attending this fantastic course. Thanks again Fran and Nicola!

The 2 hour adult education first aid course was just right for what I needed. Anna gave me confidence to deal with a variety of scenarios. I would highly recommended this course

The first aid course was great and detailed. I found it more interesting than the last course I attended. Fran was very good at teaching the course.

As someone who was attending as a nanny this course was very helpful. Linda first aid course has all the right information and helpful. Even with up to date techniques. Linda is a very good teacher and made all the information very digestible. I would 100% recommend to all new parents, parents who already have kids and anyone who helps look after baby’s and children.

As a new parent, I recently attended a session with Allison Edwards at Mini First Aid North Staffordshire and found it to be an invaluable 2 hours, with the information and pace pitched at the right level. I left feeling much more confident about administering first aid not only for my baby but for my older niece and nephew. I only wish the course was slightly longer as it was a bit rushed at the end, with so much good content and hands on demonstration to get through. Would highly recommend

Me and my husband attended the mini first aid class and honestly loved it. It was very informative, practical, and reassuring exactly what we needed as expecting parents. We now feel much more confident about what to do in emergency situations.

Phil led a brilliant session for our Bump and Baby first aid class and we couldn’t have asked for a better first aid instructor.

Given the source material (baby first aid), it would be easy to get a bit apprehensive but Phil was an absolutely fantastic trainer - getting the balance right of reassuring, training & encouraging us, rather than striking fear into us. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend the Baby First Aid class!
Kellie at Mini First Aid was absolutely superb. I was initially quite nervous about attending, as I sometimes struggle with social events and larger groups. From the very start, Kellie was so welcoming and instantly made me feel at ease. We brought our 9-month-old baby along, and right away, Kellie reassured us that if he wanted to play on the mats or babble, it was no problem at all. This helped us feel comfortable, as we didn’t want Freddie to be a distraction during the class.
Kellie took time to answer everyone’s questions and concerns, ensuring that no one left with any doubts. She stayed after the class to ensure everyone’s queries were fully addressed, which I really appreciated. The demonstrations on CPR and choking were clear, and we were given the opportunity to practice the techniques ourselves if we wanted to. Kellie was very considerate, never pressuring anyone into doing anything they didn’t feel comfortable with. She also spaced out the mannequins around the room, so if anyone wanted to try something, they could do it without feeling self-conscious.
At the end of the class, there was an option to purchase first aid kits, and again, there was no pressure at all to buy. Kellie was there to answer any questions about the kits. My partner and I decided to buy the bundle, and it was definitely money well spent. We now have a first aid kit for the baby’s change bag and one for at home.
Overall, it was an incredibly informative class, but Kellie really made the experience special. We had a great time, and it was a wonderful way to spend our Valentine’s Day morning. Thank you again, Kellie!
