I have two orders with the company. I have received automated confirmation on both orders. I have called the phone listed phone number, but the phone appears to be disconnected. I have tried texting, email, and messenger numerous times with only an automated response each time. My unfulfilled orders are 7547 and 7550. A personal response would be appropriate and appreciated.

I received an order confirmation. After a few day of no tracking information I initiated a chat - turned out to be with their AI agent. Tried email and received only an auto-response. When I called them I discovered their phone doesn't even ring. Bottom line is you cannot reach a human. Called the credit card company to confirm they will not be paid. Find another company to work with.

I made an order and received a confirmation email on May 7 2026.
Since then the status has shown "we are preparing your order". I waited for 10 days before contacting them by email & received a email stating they have received my inquiry. No reply after days, they do not answer their phone, either immediate busy tone or the phone rings several times & then hangs up.

There is literally (and I use literally, well, LITERALLY) no customer service. We ordered several minisplit systems from minisplitsystemsdirect.com. Needed to change the order after sending, which they say can be done anytime within 24 hours of sending the order. Problem is, their 1-800 number is OUT OF SERVICE, their chat is only a bot--says it'll get a human to chat with you, but then crickets, and the email gets an immediate autoresponse, but no actual response as of the following day. After this many red flags, we sent the email stating we wanted to cancel the order, well within the 24-hour window where that was supposed to be possible. No response. Ended up having to call the credit card company to claim fraud and keep them from paying the charges.

Mini Split Systems Direct, the worst, place ordered March 27, until now been a month, no shipping, email the 20 time no reply, call thier phone, phone not in service!!!

Worst customer service in history! The only rep they have named Ruth is incredibly rude, doesn't listen at all, and ignores you when you try to say something that she doesn't like. Never seen something so bad before. As far as product goes, no idea, as I cancelled the order after finally getting a hold of a manager named AJ who was, to his credit, much more helpful and professional.

This company advertises HVAC systems that they do not have in stock or can even get. I placed and order and over a week later they told me they do not have it in stock or can even get it, and offered me much more expensive system. Bate and switch. False advertisement! (they continue to advertise it even after canceling my order).

Ordered a mini split from this company and didn't hear anything about shipping for almost two weeks. When I called them to ask what was going on, I was told that I only ordered the outside unit and not the indoor unit. I believe they intentionally made this unclear on their website. Either way, the guy says that because it seemed like it was an error that I only ordered half of the full system the warehouse held off on shipping my order. No notice of this was given, hence why I called.Why wouldn't you let your customer know this? I ask him if the indoor unit wasn't included, then what was the part other than the outside unit in the title of the product. He keeps giving me the runaround. He told me I could add on the indoor unit for about another $1000, way more than you could find it at other places. He was extremely rude, talking over me and not letting me finish what I was trying to say. He eventually hangs up on me. I tried to call back several times and no one would pick up. They were clearly screening my calls because they picked up with no problem the first time. Horrible company, do not order anything from them.

I ordered a pioneer 3 zone mini split but the line sets they sent with it was a cheaper brand. The different line sets was a soft copper tubing that would kink and fold up very easily. I reached out to them to make this right with no luck. This is how they are able to sell at a cheaper price than most. Because they send cheaper parts to go with there units.

Claim they match prices, but they really don't! Try to use shipping against you and use taxes against you. Downright liars and then hang up on you after you call them out about this. Then they will not pick up your calls from there on out.

SIMPLY FRAUDS

Ordered solar panels from these guys, after the 3-10 days promised ship date -I reached out to their customer service for a status update. Oh we'll provide you with an update in a day or two..... I then find that they canceled my order (without informing me) due to unavailability (even though their website shows availability).
Stupidly, I orders different brand of solar panels from these guys only to have the same exact experience with them canceling my order (reason: "customer" which is BS) after 3 weeks. Called them, same reason provided: "our manufacturer doesn't have those panels in stock." DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.....

I ordered a battery from them. It was suppost to be in stock. I called and emailed them they said in stock, so I ordered. A week later no shippment! Call and canceled order. They canceled the order but no refund! I am still tring to get my money. I have tried email,messages on their site several times. Tried calling left messages NO response. Do not buy from them SCAM.

I too ordered online, everything was in stock, 1 week later they canceled my order stating the couldn't find a carrier to deliver to me in Southern California, I'm sure they just couldn't find one that was cheap enough, so they just cancel your order, horrible business practice, I will definitely let people know to stay away and buy elsewhere.

Ordered on 7/14. Was told on 7/17 it would be shipped in 2-3 days and arrive 2-7 days later.
On 7/18 got an email stating it was on the way and I was given tracking numbers.
After 5 days UPS still does dot have unit.
Emailed on 7/23 and was told its on back order and was told "It will be a few weeks"
Why wasn't I informed it was on back order? How long was I going to have to wait till you informed me you couldn't deliver anywhere near the time you advertise?
Canceled order..Lost my future business...

Ordered a split ac unit from mini-split systems direct on July 15. estimated del time was 5-7 days then told on the day of delivery it will be del. end of August.... They Lied !!!!! canceled order !!!!!

I ordered an item from the website. 3 days later I got an email stating it was out of stock .. even though it was still listed for sale on the website and at the same price I paid.
I called their number twice a day for a week and never got a call back. I emailed every day and never got a reply.

This is classic bait and switch or it's just fraud. either way, I advise people to use caution when doing business with minisplitsystemsdirect

I purchased an air purifier from these guys a little over year ago, I did experience a few hiccups with my system that were resolved after speaking with tech support. I would shop here again.

Mini Split Systems Direct is a pleasure to do business with. They were quick, helpful and accommodating in meeting my needs.

I was looking for filters for my HD56 Sentinel dehumidifier. They're hard to find but, we're readily available with Mini Split direct and at a reasonable price. I'll be back.

Ordered a system from them. Didn't get a shipping notice for 8 days even though they promised 3. Tried 5-6 times to talk to somebody. Then they cancelled my order out of the blue with no email, no warning, nothing.
