Ministry of Villas Avis 

The Longhouse villa was a hidden gem and a sanctuary in Bali, with a truly magical experience. The amenities are beautiful and very unique; however, it was the staff at the villa that made the final touch of perfection, and I will always be thankful to every single one of them for making our time there a pure enjoyment and a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Every single room at the villa has a special and unique character, so choosing one room over the other is almost impossible. Everyone was super happy, together during the day, and well separated at night. The pictures barely do any justice for the magnificence of this estate. It really made our wedding special, easily accommodating 36 guests for night of joy and entertainment.
I'd like to extend our special thanks to the villa manager, Rudy. He went above and beyond to make our stay extremely comfortable, and was the key person in making things happen. The wedding organizers had quite a few issues on the day of the wedding, and I honestly can't imagine what would have happened if not for the Rudy's help pulling it all together and engaging his staff in fixing essentially everything and making sure the wedding went smoothly. There was not a single request that he couldn't do, all we had to do was ask, and he made sure things happened. I was amazed when he brought us the 220v-to-110v power converter we forgot to take for our video equipment, had it installed and tested. Just an amazing level of dedication...
Heppy, the villa butler, is another super special person that all of us are very thankful for. She stayed up late with us almost every night to make sure everyone was welcomed and everyone felt comfortable, including our visiting guests. She followed through every single request with a great level of integrity and service, surpassing all of our expectations. From finding local fruits that were not in season, to making sure everyone was greeted and welcomed the moment they came in. Her dedication to the villa and guests is unbelievable and we can't express enough appreciation for everything she did for us. Even after we left the villa, and forgot some items, she had them delivered to our hotel the same day we'd requested, on the other side of the city, in a very nice package. Just another small but significant example of her dedication...

They made for me all really easy from the beginning. After search in internet and ask in a lot of places and agency I decided to continue with them.

They found a villa where I could get married with my girlfriend with a big and beautiful garden and stay during 4 nights in December (Villa Casa Mateo).
This choice was really a success, choice which we are totally happy.

Just booked a Bali Villa with Lola for June 2018. She has been very helpful with answering heaps of questions via email and no question went unanswered. She replied within a few hours and always followed up. She even phoned me in Australia to chat further about many details, so she could clarify many questions. I would like to commend the Concierge Team (Nila/Ari/Putu) of the Ministry of Villas for their excellent service. I had recently stayed at the Sahana Villas and upon returning home from Bali, I realized I lost my favorite key pendant. I emailed Ministry of Villas and they immediately located my pendant that was left in the safe. Luckily, I had a friend going to Bali a few weeks after. Within thirty minutes of giving the Concierge Team details on how to contact my friend, my favorite key pendant was delivered to her. Amazing service! I cannot thank them enough.

Diana was so helpful with the booking and has organised everything perfectly. We are travelling to Bali as an end of year incentive and we are quite a large group, so it was nice to have someone organise a villa that would suit our needs.

Nila, from Ministry of Villas has made booking a villa in Bali so easy! We used Ministry of Villas for our Bali trip and we found them to be superb! We initially dealt with Lola who was just fantastic in helping us search for the perfect villa for our family and making sure she got us the best price. Nothing was too much of a problem for her and she is was so prompt in returning communication and answering all our questions.

Once our Villas were booked we dealt with Nila who was superb in making sure everthing was organised and ready for us upon arrival. We had a slight problem with one of our villas (not the fault of Ministry of Villas) but Nila and the team were so understanding and quick to arrange alternative accomodation which turned out to be absolutely deivine! Both Lola and Nila epitomise what customer service is all about and we cant speak highly enough of them.
