Excellent - fully reliable service
My business has been using salary sacrifice through Mintago for a while now and it has been one of the best things that the company has ever done. My employees were always supported in understanding the process and what would happen when salary exchange was implemented. All my questions were answered so quickly and in great detail.

Incredible service
I find Mintago’s whole service to be so well thought out and helpful. I’m quite busy and don’t always have time to sit down and make sure that my finances and pension is in order. Mintago makes it easy for me to keep track of my pension contributions and helps me to be more overall financially literate. I couldn’t rate the service more and recommend it thoroughly to anyone I know.

After almost a year their android app…
After almost a year their android app still doesn't support passwords over a certain length (the website does).
Given this system is about my retirement money it makes me wonder about the quality of their security.
Edit: I've been contacted (so bonus points) once again promising a security improvement. Will update if this happens.

Thank you for your review. Security is a priority to us. We have a password policy of requiring a minimum 8 characters, which has to include a mix of numbers, special characters, uppercase and lowercase. It is one password to access both the web-based dashboard and the app.
