Shameful returns process. I have emailed countless times requesting an update despite my goods being received and the 10 working day timeframe lapsed. Zero communication from Mint Velvet.

I shop regularly with them but NEVER again online.

Thank you so much for a most proficient and professional approach in resolving my issue. I do not come across many people who go the extra mile to support the client but you was absolutely brilliant. Sophie, first class and outstanding.

As a long-standing customer of Mint Velvet I have previously been very happy with the in store and online shopping experience, as well as the quality and longevity of their clothing. However a recent online purchase of multiple items required one item returning due to poor fit. Despite following all return instructions, including the unworn garment in its original packaging and providing a tracking number from the MV approved courier, 16 days later MV are yet to acknowledge the return or refund the item. I have tried multiple ways of contacting them including their online chat, by email and by web contact form but have not received any response, or even acknowledgement of the issue. It's poor service and has put me off shopping online with them in future as I have no idea when I will receive a refund for an item no longer in my possession and returned in good faith.

Just had to say what wonderful customer service I received from Vicky at Northallerton. She is an asset to your company and definitely deserves some recognition for going above and beyond on your behalf.

Had several issues regarding non delivery , out of stock and refunds. Jodie in customer services sorted everything and even managed to get us a discount due to sale prices changing. Refunds were chased up by Jodie and payments made back to me almost immediately. Well done!

Courteous, helpful and complimentary. Don’t usually splurge on clothes like this but garments are a beautiful timeless staple for my wardrobe!

I have been buying clothes from Mint Velvet for many years and and it never fails to disappoint. The elevated styles and quality is exceptional and never disappoints.
I regularly pop into my local boutique in Sevenoaks and am always welcomed by the friendly team there.
I would like to say a big thank you to Jess and Helen who are brilliant and always friendly and knowledgeable about the styles and planned events etc. and even happy for a little chat time permitting of course. They, and the rest of the team are a credit to Mint Velvet and make my shopping experience fun and very enjoyable . Love it !

One of my favourite brands, so when I stumbled upon your store in Stamford whilst visiting family I was very excited to shop in a store, where I would normally only see the brand in John Lewis.

I purchased a lovely reversible jacket and a jumper. The staff were incredibly friendly and all had smiles from the moment I walked in. The girl near the fitting room was very helpful with helping me choose the right size for me as the jacket was bigger than expected. Please pass on my thanks. I hope to be back soon

Purchased shoes and the experience went well, 3 stars for the product. The shoes had stickers on, a paper white one and two translucent ones on the right shoe and the other left shoe had two translucent ones. These were all nearly impossible to get off, they all left glue on the soles afterwards. I will get some white spirit to clear this but not ideal.

Outstanding customer service from Sophie at Mint Velvet regarding a request for in-depth product information. Sophie could not have been more helpful, both on the phone and by follow-up emails. It makes such a huge difference to speak with a human being rather than AI - all other companies take note - human customer service is the way to go and Sophie at Mint Velvet is a shining example of this.

I booked a personal styling appointment in the MV York store and attended yesterday.

On arrival Julie greeted me warmly and immediately offered me refreshments. She took me upstairs and explained how the appointment would work.

Filling my completion of an online form Julie had already selected a few items for me to try on. She then suggested we walk round the store( The York one is in a beautiful old building and is so light and airy with a grand staircase,it’s worth a visit just for a look).

Julie spent almost 1.5 hours with me and stressed that there was no rush and she wanted for me to fully enjoy the experience.

I bought a small capsule wardrobe- 5 items and am thrilled with my purchases. Without Julie’s help and advice I wouldn’t have tried in many of the items.

A great experience which I hope to repeat in the future.

Mint Velvet is a fantastic brand with superb customer service if there is ever an issue. I would recommend them without hesitation.
I had a return I sent via Evri and it was still not with MV a week later and looked stuck when tracked. Customer service were superb and refunded me immediately. Talia in customer care was so polite and helpful.

Love Mint Velvet Chiswick store.... the ladies at the store are truly amazing, always smiling , always helpful and with good advice and taste.

Special shout out to Talia, for her excellent customer service skills, very friendly and professional and quick to resolve an issue I had with regards to the re:loved vouchers, on more than one occasion, thank you. Still love Mint Velvet after years of buying their items, and loving the re:loved idea which means I can get money off when I trade in old for something new, excellent.

Fantastic service from Katie and Leah in the Edinburgh store today. They were so helpful with a return and went above and beyond helping place an order for items which were out of stock in the shop. Great service thank you.

I has a couple of queries with my order and customer services (Talia) was quick to respond and could not have been more helpful! Extremely good service which now-a-days is hard to find!!
